The Insidious Interaction of "Harmless" Thinking

Brace yourselves! This is going to be a wild ride. I am preparing to lay out a strategy, that has led America to the brink of destruction. To select a starting point is not difficult - the doctrine of "Political Correctness" - the remedy is to completely repudiate the entire notion of "Political Correctness" for the Communist Plot that it most assuredly is!

Political Correctness can be traced to 1920's Germany, where it first appeared as a means of forcing Marxist theory and the imposition… Continue

ON THE ROAD AGAIN 20

Last post was last Wed. the 30th of Dec, 2009. We are now in the second decade of 21st century. "Times fun when you're having flies" I stole that from Prunella, who stole it from Kermit.

Anyway, Here I am back at Patrick Air Force Base, or AFB. I came South to get away from the cold. Ha! It isn't as cold as VA, but it isn't as warm as Florida either. Happy's hair is growing quickly.

The site of the last Blog was; "South Of The Border" Motel and tacky tourist shops. It has… Continue

Ben Stein's Confession

The following was written by Ben Stein and recited by him on CBS Sunday Morning Commentary --

My confession:

I am a Jew, and every single one of my ancestors was Jewish. And it does not bother me even a little bit when people call those beautiful lit up, bejeweled trees, Christmas trees. I don't feel threatened. I don't feel discriminated against. That's what they are, Christmas trees.

It doesn't bother me a bit when people… Continue

If it were you

If it were you I love

I would say it every day

And I would be honest with my feelings

About what love means to me

And how I celebrate its’ coming

If it were you I love;

And if it were you

I would show you why

And I would tell a story

Of stirring implications

About the hours in days satisfied

If it were you I love;

From the first words

And minutes in time

Of which time stopped

And started again

And whispered the… Continue

Dearest Troy

Dear Troy,

Thank you for your kind reply. Not only kind but with wisdom that I can discern and absorb as well. Faith is the best friend I have held since the age of eight years, faith is what carries me when I feel I can no long walk and faith is the essence of every breath that I draw that keeps me here.

I understand faith of all kinds, especially blind faith and it was and is in this faith that "I" have lived this life. I live by the faith that all people all life is of but… Continue

My Birthday Blog 2010

My Birthday Blog 2010

Today’s my birthday and I never really wanted to celebrate it until these past few years of fifty five of them. I hated celebrating it when I was a child, preteen, and teenager cause all my family would get together for it. That meant that for sure my sexual abuser would come for me while my Mom neglected me cause of her celebrating in her own selfish way. I remember feeling that my birthday party was for her more than me. My Dad wasn’t around much due to working… Continue

Shall We Set Them Free?

While millions of Americans were finishing up their holiday celebrations, the Bureau of Land Management was flying helicopters over rangeland in Nevada, trapping hundreds of wild horses and condemning many of them to live the rest of their lives in a confined "holding pen."

Express your outrage today – don't allow our iconic wild horses to be rounded up and confined in tiny pens. Support the Restoring Our American Mustangs (ROAM) Act today! »

Will 2010 Be The Year

You think these things are difficult to see, to watch, to face,

How does it feel to be the helpless child who LIVES it every day,

Who lives in fear, Hope and trust for some CARING someone, ANYONE to stand up and hear, see and take action against what is happening to them...… Continue

Famous Half-Vulcans: Spock

Spock is the son of Vulcan ambassador Sarek and human Amanda Grayson. The relationship between Spock and Sarek often is turbulent, although rooted in an underlying respect and carefully restrained love for each other. Their falling out began when Spock declined an offer to study at the prestigious Vulcan Science Academy and instead joined Starfleet against his father's wishes. Spock served on the USS Enterprise for eleven years under the command of Captain Christopher Pike and continues to… Continue

Hugo Laurenz August Hofmann von Hofmannsthal (February 1, 1874 – July 15, 1929), was an Austrian novelist, librettist, poet, dramatist, narrator, and essayist. New Year's Prayer

Dear Lord,

I pray for

A few friends who understand me and remain my friends;

A work to do which has real value,

without which the world would be the poorer;

A mind unafraid to travel, even though the trail be not blazed;

An understanding heart;

A sense of humor;

Time for quiet, silent meditation;

A feeling of the presence of God;

The patience to wait for the coming of these things,

With the wisdom… Continue
