The long lost Kathy R! Miss the talking, Kathy. I know, I haven't been in chat much lately...but I still miss the chats.
And Larry... don't forget about the margaritas that I had! At least I was only driving down the road a block!
We're at the Holiday Inn Express in Dickson, is that satisfactory blondie, sheesh. Pickle recommended O'Charlie's which is adjacent to the hotel, very cool. It'll remind me of MellyMel and Powergirl, sigh

Meeting in 15 minutes, catch ya later.
A good time was had by all.

My pictures did not come out like I meant for them too. Just click the links and see some beautiful people.
You beat me to it! lol. Another great visit. I know I know, I need to learn more adjectives to describe my meets with y'all. We had cocktails and appetizers since we all had already eaten, Pickle's treat. I felt like we were with a celebrity, and we were, a local celebrity. You need to understand that Pickle's very old and he taught school for 70 or 80 years, so we ran into a lot of his old students, it was cool, they would come to the table and greet him. Our waitress was one of his students. Listen carefully, I asked our waitress to tell the truth and tell me what kind of teacher he was, I told her to look me straight in the eye (I can spot a liar a mile away), she was telling the truth when she said that he was fabulous.
I feel very very fortunate to have met all that we did.
We too, count ourselves delightfully blessed!
I second that Daz!
Larry, Great trip. You are almost back to snow county. I hope the Comune has been able to get the ground broken for the spring planting. And that they have the sewer lines unplugged by the time you get there. WHAT!!!
They haven't told you about that???? Last I heard they were at Home Depot buying shovels and mattocks to dig up the sewerlines. Figured they could use them later to dig in the plot out back where they were planting weeds.
wink, wink
Yep Robbie, it's been great. Heading home tomorrow, we will probably stay over somewhere and arrive home Sunday. Can't wait to see how the commune is going. I talked to my sister and grandson today and they both said it's supposed to be in the 40's and sunny until the middle of next week. The timing of our trip seems to have worked out well.

Caleb's Elvis impersonation. He tried the Elvis "lip thing" but wasn't very successful at it, I advised him to go home and practice in a mirror.
