TBD

TBD on Ning

It's Friday.

Chucks is gone and so is his Q&A Group. As JayLee feared so are the Vibes. Since there is no Question and answer group there appears to be no check in.

So Let's do it over here. It's the start of the weekend! Time to have fun.

There is all kinds of bad news.

1. Looks like tbd is splintering.

2. After two days the TBD Stalwarts has only 7 members.

3. The Stock Market tanked yesterday.

4. The end of the world is near.

5. The Zombies are still here

Everybody check in and give me some good news.

After 6 months my boss finally warmed up to me and I can be less formal addressing him. I can call him by his nickname - "Murder Face".

Good luck with that :-))

Reminds me of an ex-coworker...

His name was Dick and I didn't like him.

I told someone once that, "When I pass him in the hallway and say, "Hi Dick", I'm not calling him by name..."

I got to go shovel the icy snow AGAIN!

"When I pass him in the hallway and say, "Hi Dick", I'm not calling him by name..."

lol, Q! '-)

funes, after 6 months on my job & the decision that I MUST get a transfer, my peers are finally engaging w/me. They're a few months late & a dollar short. I am soooo nice, but once you're off my list... well... you're off my list.

BETH!! MORE snow & ice?!?! You guys have just been hammered this winter! I'm sooooooo glad I'm back in the south!!!

{{{(((MERRY!)))}}} hope you saw something you like well enough to stay for awhile. '-)

Just stopping by to see what I can see.

I am back, that was  not a lot of snow but the wet heavty snow. The big storm is on the way.

Now my left elbow hurts agin. I am left handed, I want to paint, , it hurts so bad the other night I was painting w/ both hands! Switching back and forth, right hand for big easy spaces, left hand for details.

I am a mess!

Based on my total lack of knowledge in the medical area, I think you have tennis elbow. I think this because I got it last spring while shoveling mulch. My doctor's advice was if it hurts don't do it. By following his advice it went away in about 6 months.

Oh, Beth! I'm so sorry! I've had joint issues/injuries to my elbows & knees. Naproxen/Anaprox helps me the most. And ice -- actually the old RICE adage

Naproxen/Ice/Compression seem to be the key pieces for me. You can get an ACE "sleeve" @ any decent drugstore that easily slides on & off & really gives relief.

Good luck!

Don't take pain meds & drink alcohol. The 2 combined are way too hard on our livers.

I don't like to take any pain pills, they don't work.

I could put some ice on it, all I have to do is go outside.

Lots of snow.

Now I have worked on racehorse legs.

If it is past the point of swelling and heat. The original injury.

And it still hurts then for arthritis, clacicum deposits, heat sometimes works.

I need some horse liniment.

Well, failing horse liniment, try BioFreeze. It's my favorite. It's stronger than Tiger Balm. It isn't at regular stores. Chiropractors & Massage Therapists sell it, but I buy it for about half the price online at MyVitaNet.com.
I was wondering the same thing.

I am back .

The drunk relatives running there mouths here over the weekend, they finally left :)

Did anyone know Stevel Seagal had music CD's.

I just got them. They are good. I like MoJo Priest .

Groundbreaking news. They picked a stud for ZENYATTA , she will be bred to Champion

Bernandini a son of Champion A.P. Indy.
