It's only 28 degrees here, but it'll be mid to upper 40's on Friday and Sunday. Maybe some of this snow will melt! I'm just glad I don't need to go out at all for a while. I tend to stock up on…Continue

I had the top 3 shelves of the tall bookcase full of family pictures. I decided to go back to showing some of my fav music boxes. I have 3 large ones on the top shelf now, with a few family pics on…Continue

I am now using a 23 inch monitor. What I do: I set my desktop wallpaper, then take a Screenshot of it. I save that & upload it to my online storage place. Then, I use the 'direct link' and put…Continue

Am I the only one who notices that there are 'new' drug names almost daily?? Some of them are so far out, ridiculous that it sounds like teenagers are naming them. Not to mention, if they'd stop all the TV advertising, they could cut prices! I just saw another one: Fasenra. I don't know about everyone else, but 'I' don't tell my doctor which meds I'd like to try! I think my doctors are much more capable of choosing which one fits my symptoms. Out of my 6…

I've been trying to 'organize' lately. I realized I have a total of 9 email addresses: 1 ATT.net, 4 Gmail & 4 Outlook. There are a number of reasons for this. I'd like to 'downsize', but for now I need 3 for different web pages. Since Gmail no longer notifies you of comments/messages on social sites, I had to switch to Outlook.com for those. And I 'like' Gmail for other things. I might be able to get rid of 2 Gmail; but we'll see. As soon as I get the new option in Gmail of 'changing'…

My daughter gives me her old laptop computers when she doesn't need them. Which is good--I get something 'new to me' without buying it. I bought my 17 in. HP laptop in 2019. I think it was 2021 when my daughter gave me this 15 in. laptop. Both were built in 2019 & have been working fine, with needing a few 'resets' over the years.
Anyway, I…

December was warm--but Jan. hit with a vengeance! We had about 11 inches of snow & then temps down to zero and below this past week. With a neighbor's help, my husband (after 3-4 days) got our car cleared off & the driveway halfway cleaned off as well. But since we had already done our monthly stock-up--and before it hit, my husband also found some small bundles of wood in case we need the fireplace--I don't plan on going out at all till it's…

Hello Dianne! I finally got back on here...just had to remember how this play works compared to NOTH & B! LOL!
Hi, DeeBee, I'm hanging in there. Hope you're doing well too.
Thank you, Merry Christmas to you too!
Hi, DeeBee,, thanks for the friend request, I just accepted. I've been spending a lot of time on the SeniorForums.com site; there's a lot of nice people on that site too.
Hi Dianne! I forget about this place, until I get a notification LOL! I played with my layout and got it out of the summery one into a more fall looking (almost) one! LOL!
Happy Birthday!
