I'm with you Toby. GUNS SUCK!!!!! Plain and simple. I'd like to see them outlawed. St George I don't know what part of NY you're from but here close to the city the majority of people hate guns and hate fear. I refuse to own a gun and I refuse to buy into the right wing method of fear mongering. But, like sex, fear sells TO IDIOTS!!!!!!

I'm neither Right nor Left, Democrat nor Republican. Yet that is not say I do not have an opinion! In the 30 years of living in the US I know a few things of its Politics; they both ignore and need the centrists! Their noise and definition more often comes from their extremes. As a member of either, few choose to evaluate the issues themselves yet spew their own parties rhetoric or media opinion as fact. There are equally as many corrupt, predatory morons in one party as there are in the other; note to Dem’s, before you rage against another Republican take a look at the circus that is the New York State Senate! I’m for grid lock! It’s politics way of saying “Don’t go there!”. I’m for the second amendment. This country was founded by the gun and every major genocidal event in history was preceded by the removal of the right to keep and bear arms. I think that everyone that uses a gun during the execution of a crime should first and always be convicted of attempted murder. I think the most important right is the first and both parties have done a good job destroying that. I believe that “weed” should be legalized and taxed just like cigarettes and booze! Stop the BS about hybrid cars, ethanol as a substitute for gasoline and battery driven cars! It’s a control issue! We can have our cake and eat it too! Hydrogen fuel cells are the future. However, the problem is how tax it! In the interim, modern diesels blow any and all fuel efficiency issues out of the water and retain the power and performance most “humans” enjoy! Moreover, the infrastructure and investment has already been made which leads to my final rant…..when did governments know more about business than business?
