Kittycat received a clean bill of health from her doctor this afternoon. We're off to FL Friday via Bridgeville, PA and Raleigh NC and Charleston SC. After FL we're off to Dallas via Mobile , AL and Houston TX. Then we'll return home via Texarkana, TX and Dickson, TN. If you live along the way let us know, we'd love to meet you

Thanks B A F and Dottie. I think sometimes we overplan and overthink vacations like this. We tossed it around for a couple of months. Worrying about being away from home for this long. Then you think: nah, I don't think we should. Then you just finally decide to do it, knowing it will be great memories that last forever.

Seafood Shack at Folly Beach where Robbie and Sandy went. I could never keep up with Robbie but I try. If you're ever lucky enough to eat at this place, order the seafood/chicken basket.

I just got back to the room from the pool/patio after having a smoke. This hotel is gorgeous, King Charles Hotel right downtown. I'm surprised it's rated 3 star by Hotwire, it's 4 star in my book. Lighting inside and around the pool, soft jazz coming out of the speakers. I imagined how great it would be in the summer, very relaxing. Stars were out. The pool is on the 2nd floor overlooking the street. People walking the streets late at night with no fear. This is definitely a great city.
