I went back to the doctor today and he gave me these lovely pictures. What do you think? Did I do the right thing?

It has been 3 months and I am glad I did it.

They don't hurt as bad as they did before the surgery but the doctor says it will take a year for everything to be normal. Where should we go to dance? I am ready

That is so cool! I think they look great. Did it freak you out a little bit to see what they look like inside, or was it about what you expected?

There is more steel in there than I expected. Strange that I can't feel any of it from the outside.

Oh Pickleallan ~ as I suffer with my knee and hip problem I'm actually envious - do please tell us this worked and it's better for you?!? The pictures are fascinating. If you are better, then you did the right thing! (((Hugs)))

It is better but it has only been 3 months and the surgeon says it will take a year for it to completely heal. However the worst is behind me. I know a very good surgeon it you need a reference.
