How can someone who has never eaten chicken fried steak thumb her nose at it? Is there a lot of people in the world like this? Are they so closed minded that they aren't even willing to try it first then make a judgment? It sounds like some serious character flaw.

Isn't this just like a little kid that looks at some new food and refuses to try it? Then you have to do the "here comes the airplane" routine to get them to eat just little bite.
