i'm not sure what happened here but they better come clean quick

unless you've been under a rock for the last few days you musta heard about the shootin in st. louis .. seems this young black guy got shot by a cop in ferguson which is suburb of st. louis .. well this has the whole black population mad as hell and they're riotin .. al sharpton is there and the kids family hired crump as their lawyer .. you might remember him from the trevon martin trial .. so far they've been pretty tight lipped on the police side .. could be they're tryin to get all their ducks in a row before they say anything but i don't think thats helpin matters .. i did see one kid who was supposedly with the guy who was shot and he said they were walkin down the street , not blockin traffic and just havin a polite conversation between them when a police car came by and told them to get on the sidewalk and then pulled away .. but then the cop threw it in reverse and came back and reached his arm out the window and just started chokin the guy who he eventually shot .. now the guy he choked from inside the car was 6 foot 2 or 3 .. how long was this cops arm that he could reach out and grab a guy that tall from inside his squad car ?? then he shot the guy and they both ran away .. the second guy hid in fear for his life and the cop shot the other guy twice more .. i think the police said they were doin some kinda exercise they called clean the streets or clean sweep or somethin like that .. the first thing i wanted to know was were there sidewalks ?? otherwise why were these two guys in the middle of the street ? and when you see the crime scene all roped off yes there were .. so all this is just speculation on my part but when the cop backed up they were still in the street .. and this is after he either asked them nicely to get on the sidewalk or he barked at them to move like they were animals .. or somewhere inbetween .. so my question would be at what point do you not have to obey a cop if his attitude is shitty ?? even if technically you are breakin the law by bein in the middle of the street ?? now i'm not sure just how the wheels came off the wagon but i'm thinkin thats how it started . how it got to the point of bullets bein fired i don't know .. so far we only have the one guy who ran away's side of things .. i wanna hear the cops side .. and quick too before this gets too far outta hand .. if it hasn't gone too far already ..

If the Media would leave , it would END ....

I disagree with most of what you said but you are right about due process.

I agree with you, Chief. And I agree with you, Wayne.

all the talking heads have their own axes to grind and the facts be damned.  we also have a 30 minute television mentality that has  inculcated in our psyche that all the problems should be solved within the space of a sitcom episode. so people make pronouncements and accusations in the very first hour after an incident rather than trying to weigh the facts and come to an informed opinion. the fact that some of our more stupid citizens can be led to follow any idea is where the shit really hits the fan cause then you have wellmeaning people being led astray as well as the asshats who always show up where there is unrest or a camera to gibber and preen as tho they were proud of themselves

If you've heard the name Steve Utash, you may know about this. If not, you can read what happened to the young black guys that attacked him. I'll add here that in the last year there have been NUMBEROUS hit and runs, involving death, with barely anyone getting caught. Very few if any even stopped. Steve Utash did. By the way, Mr. Utash nearly died and suffers from some brain damage which will probably never get better. The blacks involved with his beating (numbered at approx. 11 but not all were identified or caught) supposedly invoked no racist remarks so they were not charged with hate crimes. (I've got a few bridges from Brooklyn for sale too). Originally a juvenile was charged with a hate crime but it was later dropped. Our dear Kim Worthy, a black head Wayne County District Attorney (who prosecuted Kwame Kilpatrick) chose all the charges. Pop forward: a young (19), drunk, drugged up black girl beat the doors, windows and sides of a man's home at 4:40 AM, after wrecking her car 2 hrs previously not too far from where she ended up (those 2 hrs are missing; no one knows where she was or who she was with). He opened the door, shot her in the face and killed her. His defense was he was scared, living in a very bad area of Dearborn Heights, right across the street from Detroit city limits. Now, given the facts, I would have found him guilty of voluntary manslaughter. Ms. Worthy charged him with 2nd degree murder, voluntary manslaughter and felony firearm, and he was found guilty on all counts. I'm still pissed that no one on that jury had enough common sense to consider maybe the prosecutor was 'piling on' the charges but either way, he will probably spend the rest of his life or at least the best of what's left in jail. He's 55 and never been in any kind of trouble. Yeah, there are real problems with race relations in this country.

Here's a video from a black man who's disgusted with this whole Missouri thing:

well as more and more things ( i'd say facts but so far its still things till they do all the forensics ) come to light you can see there are two different sides to this story .. and while some things are probably true on both sides , none of them are true on BOTH sides ..  so we have to look objectively at everything and then try and figure it out .. sometimes the simplest explanation is the closest to the truth .. i saw daryl parks , crumps law partner who were the legal team who represented trayvon martins parents and are now representin mike browns parents on cnn and he was asked what mike browns record as a juvenile was because the record only shows what he's done outside the law as an adult and he only turned 18 a short time before all this jumped off .. and parks said well we don't want to talk about that .. he was told it will probably come out at some point and parks said well mike was a kid who got into some scrapes like other teenagers do but thats as far as he would go and refused to discuss it sayin it has no bearin on this case .. i think it does .. everyone wanted to know who the police officer was who shot mike brown and what his record was .. they said they wanted transparency .. is that only if the other guy has his past looked at ?? so i'll ask this again .. what do we know about mike brown ? i think its an important question and it should be answered ..

so lets do a multiple choice and see what mike brown actually did right that day ..

A ) he commited a strong arm robbery ,which is robbery in the 2nd degree

B) he was jaywalkin in the middle of the street

C) when told by darren wilson the police officer to get out of the street and on the sidewalk he refused givin wilson a lot of attitude ..

D) when wilson tried to get out of his car brown knocked him back in and then struck him

E ) browne then tried to grab wilsons gun and it went off inside wilsons vehicle

F) brown and his friend dorian ran away , when wilson ordered them to freeze brown turned around , taunted wilson and ran towards him ..

G) after bein shot in the arm 4 times brown kept advancing till he was finally shot in the head ..
