I just read that if you drink alcohol your chances of getting MS drop by 50 per cent.  Washington state has more people with MS than any other state.  Between pot being legal now and drinking this state could get really interesting.

I ought to be safe then.

My husband has CIDP which has the same symptoms, practically, as MS except MS is central nervous system and CIDP is the peripheral.  He doesn't drink. Think I will beer bong with him this weekend to see if he feels better.

With all the rain in Washington, I would thinks a little pot and some Margarita's would help with the mental attitude, no?

Couldn't hurt, that's for sure.  I think people don't get enough vitamin D because of the lack of sun.

Oh, I don't know....my son and dil have been in Washington this past week, and their mood is great! Dinner in the Space Needle, ferry rides, a tram car into the mountains, shopping at the port markets. The pics they are sending back are gorgeous. She doesn't drink, so alcohol isn't involved.

so.. how much alcohol do you need to imbibe on a daily basis to keep the m.s at bay ??

All it said was on a regular basis.
