TBD

TBD on Ning

Via internet stream you can listen to a variety of interesting music.

Google WQNA to find the stream. The show is called Fear and Loathing in Springfield and it airs 6 - 9PM CST on Sunday evenings.

It may uplift the downtrodden and down trod the uplifted. Some may faint, others may experience moments of rage and in some cases hilarity.

Figures. Some genius went into the station computer and changed EVERYTHING. Installed a buncha new programs, but none that come with any tutorials, of course. Missed the first two songs before I realized that the streaming feature had been turned off. Jesus H. Christ On A Pogo Stick....

I'll see if the video archiving for the second half of the show actually recorded anything in about an hour - The new Ustream control panel was not only difficult to read - Grey print on grey icons on a grey background, how shitty CHIC - But it won't let you turn it off when you're done - It just keeps running until it reaches it's allotted 3-hour time limit. And this is the "professional" level upgrade that the station is actually PAYING for, instead of the much easier-to-use FREE basic-level account that had been locked out. Yeeeeesh....

Well, my fiancee has food poisoning, so I'm not going into the station tonight. I do, however want to share some songs I had planned for "National Scrabble Day", which today happens to be today.. .

I got a few more up my sleeve, but I'll save those for the next time "Scrabble Day" rolls around.

Absolutely NO "YMCA" or the Bay City Rollers "Saturday Night". I wouldn't do that to you. You're welcome.

Whatever happened to Tonio K? I remember buying that album when it came out. Whatever did you feed your fiancee Snagg.

No recording, of course - It was all we could do to keep our piggy-backed WiFi connection from crapping out every three minutes or so...

Well, what do you know about that ? Ustream has been blocked from the station - Turns out the damn thing is so buggy and crammed with invasive cookie programs and malware that it was screwing up the station computers, so it's Adios, Shitty Free Archiving Site. (Wonder if we get a refund ? I wouldn't bet our FCC license on it...)

Figures. Well, I'm going to be looking into Vimeo tomorrow.....
