so who else is watchin the zimmerman trial ??

i've seen bits and pieces of it but i'm watchin these talkin heads now who are sayin that john good the last witness who actually did see zimmerman on the ground and treyvon on top whoopin him mma style ( which means mixed martial arts like ufc or ultimate fightin champinship ) has opened the door for the prosecution because he said maybe zimmerman could have wriggled free . which would mean that he didn't have to shoot trevon because he wasn't in imminent danger .. as if he could have just gotten away as easy as snappin your fingers ..but the thing is tho if you knew what zimmerman had said in his deposition when he was arrested ( yes he was arrested , a lot of people think he wasn't but he was , and he was questioned for 5 hours , and they took his clothes for evidence ) he said treyvon saw the gun in his jacket in the holster and tried to take it from him and they grappled over the gun and it went off .. so i'm not sure how zimmerman could have prevented that unless he just handed the gun over to a guy who's beatin your brains out .. but does that make sense to anyone here ?/ hey lemme give you my gun so you'll stop beatin me and you can shoot me instead ok?? ..  they should get some guys who have done their homework on this event to commentate ..

well shadow maybe zimmerman will testify before this is all over and the reason why zimmerman was watchin treyvon was because he never saw him in the neighborhood before AND because he was walkin around in the rain  as if he had no place to go .. now if you know anything about neighborhood watch one of the reasons why you watch someone is because they look like they have no sense of purpose .. now also remember it was rainin that nite too so all the more reason he should have wanted to go home yet he was lookin around like he was lookin for somethin . zimmerman said on the 911 call that he looks like he's high or somethin and the toxicology report came back that there was thc which is the active chemical in pot in his system so zimmerman was right on that count ..

and let me make this point because everybody seems to be hung up on this one .. as a neighborhood watch person you do not ever have to give up the right to be on the street to a suspicious person .. ever .. even a private citizen doesn't .. you have as much right to be anywhere in public as anyone else .. the only time that might change is if there is some type of situation and the street is roped off by police or the national guard or some type of curfew .. and none of those applied here .. in fact zimmerman was in his gated community which he had every right to be , i'm not sayin treyvon didn't either because i don't know how the leases are written up as to how visitors are to be treated .. some gated communities make you get permission to have overnite guests , some don't .. now rose was right in that as a neighborhood watch you're not supposed to be confrontational and i agree .. but just bein on the street that you might live on and a stranger appears doesn't make you confrontational .. and to introduce yourself as the neighborhood watch and offer them assistance if they look lost is not a crime .. if they don't want to answer or talk to you they don't have to .. but no blows need to be exchanged .. but as a rule for all concerned non confrontational is the better solution .. and as far as a 911 operator they are not police officers and have no right to order you off the street in your own gated comunity .. they can make suggestions and try to help in an emergency but their authority is nil .. a crossing guard has more authority than they do 

and i remember bernie goetz i lived in ny when that jumped off .. if you know the whole story you'll know that bernie was jumped and robbed twice before he shot them kids .. twice .. so when they surrounded him on the subway platform with sharpened screwdrivers he already knew the drill .. and they admitted they were gonna rob him .. stab him too ?? who knows .. if they had we'd never even know who he was now and the same would go for zimmerman . just one more guy who was killed and unsolved . and it was weeks before bernie turned himself in .. if my memory serves me right the crime rate on the subway went way way down for them 2 weeks .. it was one of them death wish kinda things .. and in the end they never tried him .. they got him to cop a plea .. and if they had tried him there wasn't anybody in ny i knew who would have convicted him black or white .. i think zimmerman is a little different tho because the black community believes its a case of walkin while black and its not .. they couldn't find one black person or white person who said zimmerman was a racist .. in fact they all said its the opposite .. yet in court yesterday the girl who was on the phone with treyvon before he died said treyvon said zimmerman was a creepy white ass cracker .. but maybe she just made that up .. she lied in her deposition so who knows ??

Bernie Goetz did what he had to do, for sure.  BS that it was racial. It was a bunch of thugs trying to rob him and terrorize him and beat him down.  Somebody has to do something to stop the terror in the cities, and Bernie did his little thing toward that end, but everyone is afraid to do anything because being called a racist is obviously worse than getting mugged and robbed and hurt.

 

The witness said that Zimmerman ws racist, but she did not say one thing to prove that.  It was her perception only.

I happened to watch the neighbor's testimony while I was dressing.  He is making a good case for self defense, and he is so unruffled.  He said he had to add to his earliest testimony, and the attorney said, "Why? Did you lie the first time? Was it a lie?"  The witness responded very calmly that he did not lie.  The questions did not cover some things that he felt the police needed to know.  The guy is so clear and so respectable that, as I said, he makes the case for the defense.

 

The poor girlfriend did not come off well.  If she were pretty and thin and articulate, how much more believable she would have seemed, but she is only a kid and a kid that hasn't been exposed to much except her own neighborhood. As to her not reading cursive, NONE of the teenagers can read it. Everyone prints now. And her little defiant remarks are so typical of teens.  As Frenchy would say, Eeeeeeeeeeeee.

and zimmerman was no threat to treyvon either rose .. you have to remember this was not his first nite on neighborhood watch .. he knew the drill and had never shot anyone or hit anyone when on neighborhood watch before .. why would he do it now ?? thats what you have to ask yourself ?? doin this watch thing for years and never before .. what was different about this incident ??  nobody wants to assign any of the blame to trevon .. his family wants you to think he was a college bound kid who was gonna get a job in aronautics someday .. and an honor roll student .. yet they sealed his school records .. and they said the school never told them about the bag of jewelry that they found on him that he said someone gave to him .. along with what the miami police described as a burglary tool .. when asked if the jewelry was his mothers or sisters he said no .. its not mine .. somebody gave it to me .. but he wouldn't say who .. now this was about 15 pieces of womens jewelry and a mans watch worth some money .. so far nobody has claimed it ..has anybody ever given you a bag full of jewelry just because ?? yeah .. me too .. but a good guess here is it was stolen and the burglary tool is a good clue .. so again when zimmerman saw trevon just walkin like he was casin the place perhaps his suspicions were not unfounded ?? and trevon realizin that zimmerman was watchin him got pissed cause he couldn't do what he wanted to do .. so he attacked him .. i could be wrong but until they unseal them school records and reopen his facebook and twitter accounts and call some of his friends to the stand i think i'm on the right track .. and i agree i don't think zimmerman is an angel either .. he's a flawed human being like the rest of us .. but you know every little thing zimmerman ever did in the last 10 years relevant or not .. but trevons records are still sealed .. there were a few tweets they couldn't erase .. did you know what his twitter account name was ?? no limit nigga .. and some of the last tweets to him were from his homies .. and you know why i think treyvon was the one who started it ?? cause they do . and they're the ones who knew him best .. their last tweets were, we know you whooped that white dudes ass before you died .. they believed it .. why shouldnt i ??

yeah thats the thing rose , most people don't because its been a big media coverup .. a lot of bleedin heart liberals who want to make a case for gun control .. see how this wouldn't have happened if we had gun control ?? and all i can say is yeah . zimmerman woulda been just another unsolved murder .. i've asked this question before and could never get an answer .. how many times can you bang somebodys head on a concrete sidewalk before you give them a concusion , turn them into a kumquat , or kill them ?? 4?? 5?? 7?  and the real answer i never got was because nobody really knows .. but its probably not 50 or 25 .. or even 15 .. and how long would it take to bang somebodys head on the sidewalk 15 times ?? my best guess would be a minute or less .. 

ya know martin luther king said he was longin for the day when we would be judged for the content of our character and not the color of our skins and i agree .. yet most black people jumped on board this whole fiasco without knowin the content of treyvons character because they've kept that locked up tighter than a drum .. but little by little the fabric is startin to come unraveled .. and the more it does the louder his parents and their lawyer crump will cry that we're tryin to assisnate his character .. don't be swayed by that.. anything that treyvons done is a testament to his character just like they've trotted out everything zimmerman has done .. and again zimmerman is no angel either ..they want it both ways .. they want to use everything zimmerman has ever done against him and keep everything about tryvon sealed .. but they've got things on treyvons phone where he's fightin in the street for the fun of it all .. where he's tapin his buddy's jackin up some homeless guy to take his bike .. and when you hear what appears to be treyvons voice its deep .. not anything like the voice you hear on the 911 tapes screamin for help .. which is why when asked his dad tracy martin said after hearin the 911 tapes thats not my son .. i'm not sure how long it took for it to sink in with him that if that wasn't treyvon then it had to be the other guy which would mean that treyvon was the one beatin up zimmerman .. maybe after a talk with crump ?? i'm not sure about that ..and most people when they think about the voice on the tape assosiate it with that picture of treyvon as a little kid they been showin for the last year ..but he didn't look like that for 5 years but you can see how its all so subliminal ..  if there was any racism involved here it was treyvon who its been said by the states star witness miss jenteal that treyvon said zimmerman was a creepy ass white cracker .. one of the last things he said ..so the side thats been cryin racism the loudest is the side thats racist ..but all this racisim is just a smoke screen .. to get attention and to get guys like al sharpton to come down her to florida and stir up the black population .. this was never a case of black against white all that much really .. it was about a kid who's come off the rails and went too far ..and a guy who was tryin to defend himself ..    content of character .. i think it plays a big role here yet because he was only 17 they're gettin a pass and not havin to reveal any of that stuff ..  its a shame it had to end this way .. maybe at some point treyvon might have realized he was on the wrong track and could have straightened himself out again .. maybe not .. thats somethin we'll never know now .. but there's a lot more to treyvon than most people know .. i've just scratched the surface here .. there's more .. content of character ..

Because he did.  When he called in his suspicions, he was clearly told not to pursue.  End of story.  I know you have your mind made up about this, Frency, and you have since it first happened in the days of Eons...

sorry i missed this grammy or i would have responded sooner .. did i know you on eons as another name perhaps ?? and you're right when i put a post up there about this i did come to the conclusion that zimmerman was right to be able to defend himself .. but it was not at the beggining .. it took about halfway thru for me to decide that .. at first i was pro treyvon because i thought it was so wrong to shoot a little kid who was just walkin along as it was first reported.. but as it went on i found out he wasn't that little kid in them pics ..and he wasn't just walkin thru when he was shot ..he was shot while he was on top of zimmerman slammin his head on the sidewalk ..  i only came to this conclusion after lookin at all the evidence .. and there's a lot that you think you know thats wrong .. i'll admit that its sad that someone had to be shot but i'll ask you the same question i've asked from the time i realized this was a case of self defense .. how many times can you bang someones head on a sidewalk before you have the right to defend yourself ?? before its one too many times ?? should you wait til you're unconscious ?? there was a guy who was a referee for a soccer match in utah and a 17 year old player punched him in the nose for a call he didn't like and it killed him . one punch .. and he's dead now .. is it murder ?? or just a whoops i'm just a kid so i didn't know my own strength .. sorry about that , whens the next game ?? i'm not tryin to make light of this .. i'm just tryin to say that your actions have consequences .. and yes at some point after seein all the evidence i did make up my mind , just like you have made up yours .. i think its wrong to beat someone up and not expect them to have the right to defend themselves and sometimes it takes only one punch to end a life .. unless they reveal some kind of shockin evdence to show that zimmerman had this master plan to kill treyvon ( who he had never met or knew even existed until that night ) and last but not least he was not clearly told not to persue . he was told we don't need you to do that .. and zimmerman was compliant and said ok and started back to his vehicle .. and thats when he was attacked . i'm not sure what more he could have done differently.. .

it is a case for takin another mans life perri and shouldn't be about gun control but at the core of it the media saw a chance to advance gun control .. but they couldn't do that if they showed treyvon as a thug ..so out came all these pictures of him as a 12 year old .. why not show him as he was ?? dressed like a thug , makin gang signs , smokin pot , you know like the pics they had of him recently ..  and the life that would have possibly been taken would have been zimmermans . i don't think anyone who kills another even in the heat of a life and death struggle is a hero .. i'd call them a survivor and a victim .. not a hero .. i never called zimmerman a hero .. don't misunderstand me on that ..

It is a good thing you are not on the jury because you are not at all objective. I is very simple. As I have said many times in one way or another whatever happened was Zimmerman's fault. If he had followed neighborhood watch rules and done as the 911 operator told him nothing would have happened.
Do you really think Martin deserved to be killed because of how he was dressed or some silly signs he might have made with his hands at another time?

no p.a i certainly don't believe martin deserved to be killed for the way he dressed or for some gang signs he made .. he was killed because he was tryin to take zimmermans gun from him after he broke his nose and slammed him to the ground and was bangin his head on the sidewalk .. when he saw zimmermans gun and tried to take it they struggled for it and zimmerman shot him .. thats how and why he was killed .. zimmerman did not shoot him while he was standin up .. he was on his back and the gun muzzle was about 4 to 8 inches away .. this was a close hand to hand struggle .. did you see john good's testimony on the stand yesterday ?? zimmerman was clearly on the bottom and treyvon was rainin blows down upon him and bangin his head on the sidewalk ... and again let me remind you .. zimmerman was on his way back to his vehicle when treyvon approached him from behind and broke his nose when he turned around .. as far as breakin neighborhood watch rules NO .. HE DID NOT ..  the dispatcher is not a police officer .. he has no right to tell zimmerman that he can't walk the streets of his own gated community .. just like the police can't tell you that you can't walk on your own street , unless of course there is some kind of imminent danger and its for your own protection .. suspicious persons are not guaranteed the right of way on any street in the whole united states of america last time i checked .. but if you can tell me what law thats been passed that says that then i'll retract that statement ..
