so who else is watchin the zimmerman trial ??

i've seen bits and pieces of it but i'm watchin these talkin heads now who are sayin that john good the last witness who actually did see zimmerman on the ground and treyvon on top whoopin him mma style ( which means mixed martial arts like ufc or ultimate fightin champinship ) has opened the door for the prosecution because he said maybe zimmerman could have wriggled free . which would mean that he didn't have to shoot trevon because he wasn't in imminent danger .. as if he could have just gotten away as easy as snappin your fingers ..but the thing is tho if you knew what zimmerman had said in his deposition when he was arrested ( yes he was arrested , a lot of people think he wasn't but he was , and he was questioned for 5 hours , and they took his clothes for evidence ) he said treyvon saw the gun in his jacket in the holster and tried to take it from him and they grappled over the gun and it went off .. so i'm not sure how zimmerman could have prevented that unless he just handed the gun over to a guy who's beatin your brains out .. but does that make sense to anyone here ?/ hey lemme give you my gun so you'll stop beatin me and you can shoot me instead ok?? ..  they should get some guys who have done their homework on this event to commentate ..

then we have to disband all the neighborhood watch programs p.a. because it could possibly happen again if some gang banger gets it in his head to walk down your street and beat you up cause you're lookin at him .. and stay in your house and lock your doors and cower in fear with every breath you take .. because if you should ever get in an altercation and be lucky enough to win it will natuarly  be all your fault .. i didn't miss any point p.a. if zimmerman was doin neighborhood watch in his gated community he had every right to be there ..it was his business ..  you still haven't told me the law he broke by doin that.. lets stick to that point if we might ??

and just one more thing .. when this first happened i was as upset about it as everyone else .. and i asked gee what this little kid do to get himself shot ?? was this zimmerman guy not big enough to contain this little waif of a kid .. an honor roll student who wants to go on and have a career in aronatics .. why would this big brute in the county jail jumpsuit kill this little kid .. i put up a post in eons and it went on for over 400 replies .. one of the longest posts that was there .. and as it went on i learned more and more but i noticed that as i learned stuff most people didnt wanna hear it cause they already made up their minds .. it took me awhile to come to this side of the conflict but as the facts started to come out a lot of them just didn't add up .. at first i thought it was racial too .. one of my first questions was gee if zimmerman is not a racist and has black friends where are all his black friends now ?? and then 2 days later on the today show was not one but 3 black people all sayin i KNOW  george zimmerman and he is not a racist .. and you have to remember that al sharpton and jesse jackson and the black panthers had put a million dollar reward on his head wanted dead or alive .. and the whole black community was marchin in the streets .. there was some black lady in congress with some wild lookin hat callin for the death penalty for zimmerman .. even obama came out sayin if i had a son he woulda looked like treyvon .. too bad he didn't do his homework either cause if he had seen a picture of what trey looked like he woulda been back pedalin faster than wiley coyote tryin to get back to the cliff after he ran off it .. yet these black people against the whole tide of black america came out and said george is not a racist .. why would they do that ?? because like martin luther king said its always the right time to do the right thing .. so on and on this went for over 400 posts . and very few people wanted to think treyvon was the aggressor .. and when i told them what his twitter handle was they freaked and got really pissed at me .. no limit nigga .. but i didn't make any of this stuff up .. its out there for all to find if they want to .. believe me i came to the only conclusion that makes sense to me .. nobody in their right mind wants to shoot anybody and go thru what zimmerman is goin thru now .. his life as he knows it is over now .. and even if he wins this trial which i think he will he'll have civil suits as will the city of sanford and the gated community he lived in .. this has been a terrible ordeal for everyone involved.. all the people who lived there have all moved .. and crump will sue anybody and anyplace he can behind this .. i think thats crumps main goal .. the worse we can make zimmerman look and the better we can make treyvon look the more money they can get .. you watch and see all the lawsuits after this trial is over .. and i was objective , but i've been watchin this for more than a year .. if you'd been watchin this as long as me and discovered what i did they might say you ain't objective either .. i came to this conclusion based on what i found out .. not emotions ..

If they are the ones who had been committing the burglaries, I would say Zimmerman was right to be suspicious of young black men.  That's where it all gets tangled up.  Is it racism or is it suspect profiling?  No matter what, people will cry racism, which blurs the issue.  Ai!  Complicated, for sure.

well perri , wanderin means to be more or less just goin thru a neighborhood with no sense of purpose .. now if you live in that neighborhood and the people know you they're not gonna call 911 on you .. but if you're a stranger lookin in windows and just takin your time out in the rain it looks a bit out of place, which is what happened that night .. and you'd have to know the lay of the land to understand why zimmerman go out of his vehicle .. treyvon ducked between two rows of buildings that he couldn't access with his vehicle so he couldn't keep his eye on him which is what neighborhood watch is supposed to do .. watch .. not confront .. watch .. the reson zimmerman had to defend himself was because treyvon attacked him .. not because he confronted him .. all zimmerman wanted to do was keep him in his sight .. he didn't want to or need to get up close and personal .. he just wanted to see him but he lost sight of him as he was on his way back to his vehicle and thats on the 911 tape too . you have to remember that zimmerman while probably not a genius knew the rules of neighborhood watch and had never confronted anyone before .. or hit anyone while on watch .. why now ?? and again if you missed the other post there had been numerous breakins and burglaries in their gated community in the last year or so and the perpetrators were always young black males .. this wasn't only zimmerman who saw this , there were others who reported it too .. so for zimmerman to be on guard because he saw a little old lady would seem a bit odd don't you think ?? and i'm sure if he saw a young white male who didn't belong in the complex either he would have followed to see where he was goin and what he was up to .. but if you listen to the 911 call it was only after he was asked for a description that zimmerman  said he was black.. he did not volunteer that information .. the dispatcher asked ..

Exactly, Perri!  And, Frenchy, where is your evidence that Trayvon was "lookin' in windows"?  Zimmerman was the "adult" here and was told not to pursue.  End of story.

i don't have the evidence except for zimmermans statements that he gave to the police and to the 911 operator .. actually it was the non emergency line not 911 .. funny thing tho they found an instrument that detective cerino , ( the lead investigator in this thing ) refered to as a slim jim in the bushes where zimmerman thinks treyvon came out at him from .. do you know what a slim jim is ?? its a tool used to jimmy open windows and doors for breakins .. which would go along with what i think treyvon was up to .. you do know about the jewelery and the other burglary tool they found him with don't you ?? maybe not tho because a lot of that has been kept as much out of the spotlight as possible .. but it was in the miami hearald .. http://www.miamiherald.com/2012/03/26/2714778/thousands-expected-at... 

i'm sure some of you think i'm makin some of this stuff up .. but i'm not .. you might think i'm a hardass and again you'd be wrong .. i think we're all entitled to our opinions but we're not entitled to our own facts if they're wrong . believe me i did a lot of searchin about this case .. the lead investigator said yesterday that he interviewed zimmerman a bunch of times and never got the impression he was lyin and they made them strike that from the record this mornin because he's not allowed to have an opinion .. but you have to remember he was a witness for the prosecution .. and he said everything zimmerman told him pretty much checked out .. another witness john goode , the only eye witness they have saw zimmerman on the bottom and treyvon on top beatin the snot out of him .. they tried to trick zimmerman by sayin they had a video of the whole thing to get him to come clean and zimerman said oh thank god .. because he knew that would cooberate everything he said .. but it was only a ruse to try to shake him from his story and to make him sweat a little.. or a lot if he was lyin and he said the video will show he's tellin the truth ..

After today's testimony and what Zimmerman said in the recreation they went through the day after the incident I am now convinced the charged him with the wrong crime. He should have been charged with first degree murder.

i'm curious what was it today that was said that made you think it should be 1st degree p.a. .. i mean really ?? cause i been watchin it too and i might have missed somethin .. i'm not tryin to make an enemy of you or goad you or anything like that .. just tryin to understand what it was that was said that makes you feel that way ??

We simply see things differently. You will not change your mind even if Zimmerman confessed to stalking, and cold blooded murder and I will never believe Martin did anything that he deserved to be killed for.

you do realize that 1st degree murder would mean that zimmerman planned this whole thing doncha p.a. ?? do you really think he went that far ?? to plan to murder treyvon in cold blood ?? i'll admit i think treyvon was a young kid who had come off the rails .. i truly believe he liked to fight and he was dealin drugs and doin b&e's .. do i think he would have killed zimmerman ?? i'm not sure .. maybe ? maybe not ?? he might have done it and not meant to .. or he might have done it for braggin rights to make his bones so to speak .. or he might have just left him unconscious with about 20 points offa his I.Q. when he finally came to .. or maybe he woulda just took his gun and ran .. but thats the thing .. i don't know .. and i don't think zimmerman did either .. if you saw what he said to cerino when he asked him why didn't you just tell treyvon who you were and and see what happened and zimmerman said i didn't want to confront him .. all i wanted to do was keep him in my visual .. its your job ( meanin the police ) to take it from there .. 

i understand how a lot of people can be so distraught about such a what they perceive to be a senseless killin .. maybe some day treyvon could have come back over to the side of the light , but for the last few years he was on the dark side .. his was a life that was never taken to the point where he could have redeemed himself .. and everybody can be redeemed if they want it .. he didn't live long enough to make that decision and thats the sad part about it .. what could have been .. as opposed to what was .. and what was , was a kid who nobody can say for sure what he woulda done .. not me , not you , not even his parents who i'm sure loved him .. he was at that wild age .. like a wild stallion ..

Yes I know what first degree murder is. I firmly believe Zimmerman went out there with the intent to kill. He was all worked up about a perceived crime wave. He had studied the stand your ground law and self defense defense and knew exactly what to say. He had studied martial arts. You can tell by what he says that he knew what he was doing. The safety was almost certainly off the gun, in spite of what he said he did follow Martin, he showed no remorse after the shooting and admitted to moving the body. Sounds like murder one to me.

Event he detectives seemed sympathetic to Zimmerman. Are they all racists? You are right, P.A. in saying Martin did nothing he deserved to be killed for, but things happen--things are complicated..
