TBD on Ning

Pardon me but I think I'd like to maintain that the world out there is still ten times crazier than I'll ever b e. Case in point, my housemate has diabetes and is sporting a pair of glasses about half an inch thick. A disabled Vet he walks all over town telling women how beautiful they look no matter what. I'm jealous but I'm not about to follow suit even though the entire town loves him and wants to give him a cab. He used to drive a tractor trailer and was a city bus driver for a while.

Now when I asked the town about starting a business with a grant, the was no such thing as a grant. Yes I'm mad about it. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that my housemate experiences periods of temporary blindness when his glucose is off balance and well they aren't aware of that but they still want him to start a cab co. Mr Magoo rides again. The guy is a con artist. He puts dirty rotten scroundrels to shame with some of his antics and it's really funny in a only if he doesn't really get behind a wheel again sort of way. Should my knickers be a little twisted over this or what?

Thanks Perri!

What to do about Mr Magoo, such a dilemma.

Rewatch some of the cartoons, maybe you'll get an idea.

That's a good idea. I think I'll try that. He told my sis that he wants to rent a van to go a couple hundred miles to pick up some things that she has from my mom's estate. I better start watching them PRONTO!

Had to check and see where you're located. At least he won't be driving in my neck of the woods.

Maybe not, but some texting fool will be there to take his place. I'm out on the roads as little as possible.

Hey Kooner, nice to see you. He really has a good personality but like you said it's a tad shallow.

I'm saving them for when someone tells me to hang out the flag!!!

Merry, Maybe he needs a seeing eye dog.

They have the same perscription, so funny.

That's not a bad point. I was going to say that especially when a man has a disability and stop me if you think this is sexist, but a manly man has a disability, they feel so badly about it that they're in denial. I'm sorry to hear about the young man but he could have killed others driving.

Reminds me of a recent experience. I was out with some friends listening to a bar band and a woman asked me to dance with her a number of times. She eventually told me she hadn't been out dancing for a long time - she had just received and gotten the hang of her artificial leg. I would have never guessed since she moved so well and had tons of energy. If I had known beforehand I might have been worried and anxious that she would trip or fall - possibly enough to cause me to beg off dancing with her.

Mr Magoo has been reading over my shoulder lately so I have to make this fast. But AWESOME, I LOVE when people triumph over adversity in style!!!!!!!
