I ate reel food tonite , so worthy of mentoin.freash butternut squash ( that I preped to freeze yesterday) with chicken and gravy slathered over toast
fat food definately.
I had the above mentioned veggie/beef soup. I'll be having it on a regular basis for quite a while, cause I made a HUGE pot.
Take the apples and cherries out of the pot, and have cheesy grits as a side.
Made my award winning Carne Guisada for 50 people today.
It was a nice rib dinner with friends....an annual event. Food, friends and a lot of talking and no listening.....now that's my kind of get-together!
Tonight was kielbasa and sauerkraut. No friends, no talking, no get-together. :-(
