This 'violation of the Constitution' is a law that has been on the books for a long time, it's just been refined.  Like most, it has the potential for abuse, but that's why we have a Judicial system.

Well, first of all some people who spoke out against shrub were arrested during his administration...even a book club in a library was shut down by FBI agents for allegedly critizing King bush.

Second, this was reported on Fox news....the voice of the conservative party.....so how accurate can it be?

yes, that was a Bush thing, however. Obama didn't allow it to expire. in fact reinstated it with some new rules to it.
