Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

A homemade bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and red onion slab...no mayo, thank you; I want to taste every delicious bite of the combo!  Doesn't happen often enough, in truth.

Tonight I made pizza. Pepperoni, (I nuke it to get rid of most of the grease) shrooms sauteed in butter and garlic, calamata olives, and roasted red peppers, with provolone cheese. And cooked in my largest cast iron skillet.

Nah, I'm responsible for what I eat.

 If I eat it, it is my problem, not the provider.

However, I expect the provider to not be offended if I chose not to eat something either because I know it will cause me gastric problems,or that I just don't like it. Cold Slaw falls in the latter catigory. If I come to your house to eat and you serve me cold slaw I'm going to decline. I would not expect you to take offence. People have different tastes.  I like fried squirrel, I would not be offended if I served it and you didn't partake.

OK Dokey, Cole slaw is off the menu. There are lots of squirrels around here, but they are very scrawny compared to Ohio squirrels. I think it would take a half dozen of them to make a mouth full. 

PS. This is really serious with Deez coming. I would never be able to forgive my self if I made something that made her sick.
