Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I got a break tonight Dee made roast beef with a brown gravy, and potatoes and carrots,

George and I had breakfast for supper tonight - ham and eggs.

Okay, I've been into comfort food, obviously. I've had Amy's Mac&Cheese 2 or 3 nights in a row now.

Dined at High Point. Catfish, white beans, hushpuppies and potatoes

I had left overs again. Dee is working, and that's when I clean out the fridge) Three cheese tortellini with alfredo sauce'

I had a corn beef brisket left over...ground that up and added some cubed taters.  Looks like some fresh corn beef hash and a couple over easay to ride on top...goes down easy on a cold morning (28 degrees)!  Add a pot of fresh coffee to sit after for a brief spell before it's back to the moving.

d@mn! Now THAT's a breakfast! mmm..... 

I enjoyed my toasted bagel sandwich w/egg & cheese, but now it seems quite lacking. :-P

I'm thinking it will revolve around a pork steak.
