I can't watch the video..I am in to much of a grumbly mood lately and that would put me in tears. 

How to do you help someone who has let a man take over her life...he isn't working, (he collects unemployment) is emotionally unstable. He just went through a 2 week funk of not taking his meds and not leaving the house. AND when he does stop she has to go smoke with him and stand outside for 15 minutes..he calls a minimum of 5 times a day and has yet to take her on a date. 
The clincher? Her personality has changed and that to me is not a good sign.

Whew..that was a load.

I've just tried the winner of "The World's Best Beer" Award in the gf category 3 years running.

Estrella Damm Daura. I'd never heard of it before tonight, but invested in a 4-pack w/great anticipation.

It's disgusting!

It's some of the worst tasting drink I've ever had!

I'd take a watered down, boring, ol' Redbridge any day.

They stopped the slaughtering of horses in the USA.

So now they ship them to mexico or canada to slaughter them, all jam packed in a trailer.

They suffer even more, no water, food, they kick each other. it is pure torture.

Most are old, lame or sick. They'd  be better off  killed humanly in the states and given to Zoos for the lions, tigers and bears.

Rave, I know that it's early to put up a Christmas tree but I like it, it's prettyful. NO ornaments yet , just plastic tree with lights.

An elderly gentleman, very well dressed, with hair well groomed, great looking suit, flower in his lapel, smelling slightly of a good after shave, presenting a well cared for image, walks into an upscale cocktail lounge.

Seated at the bar is an elderly lady, also well dressed, attractive and sitting alone.

The gentleman walks over, sits down beside her, orders a drink, takes a sip, turns to her, gazes into her eyes and says, "So tell me, do I come here often?"

Yesterday I traveled to a dog rescue facility to adopt an 8 month old poodle, Mimi. The online blurb on her was that she was available and voluntarily given up by her owners because of financial difficulties. One of the shelter workers wouldn't let me take her unless I also took her mother, Coco, who was also given up along with Mimi. Her reasoning was they were inseparable; she "observed" separation anxiety when one was taken for a walk and the other left in her pen. 

 

99% of the time I would have argued the point but I did not want my bust to be placed on the "Do Not Allow This Guy To Adopt Dogs From Here" hall of shame.
