Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.
Pasta tossed with sauteed vidalia and lots of garlic in olive oil and fresh turnip greens from the garden. The fridge is stocked and ready for the heat wave that's coming. I have high colesterol so I try to eat as much fiber as possible and make an easy bean salad for snacking on. Just Italian salad dressing, couple cans of different beans and one can of kernal corn & one vidalia. Used the lasanga pan for making banana bread and self rising flour so the oven wouldn't be on any longer than it has to be.
