Goldilocks, if you're around, give us an update on your weather. Last I read was as of last night you'd gotten lots of rain, followed by lots of snow. Are conditions manageable today/tonight?

D's girl, I was so grateful George and I didn't have to go anywhere this morning!  I felt sorry for those who did.  What happened was the rain changed over to snow during the evening rush.

Conditions are OK now.

We got about 8 inches here.

Could someone please give me a clear concise discription of snow? I have trouble remembering what it is.

We are getting lots of snow here.

Snow is that white stuff that falls from the sky and gives you a pain in the a$$.

Amarylissis bulbs I had from last  year that I rested  over the fall and replanted have bloomed inside in pots.

They are pretty big red flowers.

Hi, gang! I'm usually in bed asleep way before now (since that stupid job I took 6 months ago gets me up at freakin' 5:20am every morning :-P).... but I must be wound up tonight.

I have a consult job that I'm excited about & I put in about half a day on it today, so I've been all amped up. It's sooo nice to be in my element again.
