i'm a 69 year old ,and a caregiver for my wife who has MS and can still enjoy life. We like to watch baseball on tv and some other programs.
I enjoy meeting new people and met a few wonderful people the short time i belong to this site, I spend alot of time on the computer here in the livingroom because my wife is in a hospital bed here too ,because she can't walk anymore and has a super pubic catheter in her so at least we are together all the time. She doesn't use the computer because of her cognitive skills are really bad, I can't put her in a home because we had so many wonderful years together, and have three great married children and three grand daughters and they are all local and are always ready to help me if i need it. I just can't throw her away after being married for 46 years.

My wife and I just celebrated our 10th anniversary this past June. It is inspiring to see that there are still people who believe that love can last a lifetime when there is a committment to stay together no matter what.

A humorous video regarding Health Care Reform by MoveOn.org has been added to the front of our group page. It features Will Ferrell and other celebrities. Watch it and tell us how you feel about it - a new discussion has been opened.
