Psalm 23
1The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.

2He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

3He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

4Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

5Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

6Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

Thank you Lord for your promise Thank you for being my shepard and guiding me to a safe place. Thank you for all the great gifts you give daily Amen

Psalm 91
1 Those who live in the shelter of the Most High
will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 This I declare about the Lord:
He alone is my refuge, my place of safety;
he is my God, and I trust him.

I trust your judgement Lord and place my life in your hands. Model me like clay from the earth. Form me into the person you wish for me to be. Lead me down the path to do your will Amen.

Psalm 33

1-3 Good people, cheer God! Right-living people sound best when praising.
Use guitars to reinforce your Hallelujahs!
Play his praise on a grand piano!
Invent your own new song to him;
give him a trumpet fanfare.

Today we praise your name. We lift up our voice in song with the voice you have provided us with. Lord it would be so easy to fall into pity today. I think about the time 2 years ago I spent in the hospital watching my best friend die. Thinking how I wanted so bad to be angry at you, but couldn't. Because I knew you took him home, he wasn't mine he was your child. Thank you Lord for the time you allowed me to be with him. Amen

Psalm 4
1Hear me when I call, O God of my righteousness: thou hast enlarged me when I was in distress; have mercy upon me, and hear my prayer.

Today Lord we ask you hear our prayers. Our request for healing and health. A request for relief and wellness. A request for comfort and love. Lord hear our prayer and allow us your blessings Amen

I love routine and I got thrown off mine over the holiday. Sorry
Psalm 2
1 Why do the nations conspire [a]
and the peoples plot in vain?

2 The kings of the earth take their stand
and the rulers gather together
against the LORD
and against his Anointed One.

May the Lord hold the souls of our leaders, may he guide their choices and lives. May he make them realize they work for him and his people and not for others. Amen

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” (2 Corinthians 5:17)

As we celebrate the passing of another year Lord we praise your name. You have brought us through the fires and helped us see your face clearer. We have seen miracles and sorrow. You have helped and healed, and watched the world change. Lord guide us into this new year. Help us get the most from each and every day. In your name we pray Amen.

Today I thought of the past, things that I have done, things that I seen , places I have seen ,and events that I witness. What I thought about was only a scratch on a surface compared to the volumes stored between my ears. It is amazing to me that I will remember how the water would slap against the pier and then swirl off to the next pier. the simple things done at home,or alone at work or with others. If you ask me what happen yesterday on the news ,or who won the game I have to strain or refrain from answering all together. It seem that the unpleasant events seem to be more foggy, and some periods of my life seem unattainable for the moment. What ever the reason , and for what purpose I will assume it is in God's Plan. I wonder what thought I will have the last moment I am here on earth. Will He be happy with who I am and how I lived this life here.

Let us pray !

Dear Heavenly Father let us glorify your creations
May our life be useful for Your Purpose
We wish our actions and deeds were all done to please You
However we acknowledge that all we have done did not always abide to Your wishes
Humbly we ask that You forgive us for straying from the path
Thank You Our God for the Knowledge and memories that we have because of You
Thank You for life, and the life of Your Son Jesus Christ, Whom all our love flows to You!!! Amen
