Glad your ponds and rivers have filled, Chief.  We've been cloudy all day but no rain expected until Fri. afternoon & then it will be spotty.  82 here in GA now.

Hi Chief!

Well, here we go again! A bigger storm is expected to arrive Wed and Thrs with more lightning, and rumbles of thunder, with rainfall amounts exceeding 2"

Then Friday, is going to be COOL, partly sunny with scattered flurries and light rain!  With highs 41-46, overnight is going to crash down to 25 - 30 degrees!!!!!

So much for our spring flowers...............

Afternoon Sailspinner, Seashelly,

Well it's on the breezy side and in the upper 50's. The plants are happier, and the grass is starting to green up!

HOWEVER, they are talking 29 degrees for us Friday night!............. So we're going to have to see what is really going to happen as we approach the weekend!!!! Everyone cross your fingers for us!!

Perfect spring weather here. Our son and grandson are wasting it under the house trying to repair a leak (we didn't know we had) instead of going fishing.  Should have called a plumber but Son is hard headed . . .  Enjoy the day!

Good Morning! 

We had lots of thunder roll on through this morning. Lily was barking a lot, poor girl must have been scared or she thought someone was knocking at the door,lol.  It is cloudy and 50, looking at a high of 60 with afternoon SUN!  Thanks to the rain some of my daffodils are starting to open! I love the Spring flowers!

We got cluear up to 60 before the rain started and now it's a nice steady drumming on the deck.  The kind that soaks in and does good.  It's April, after all.

Afternoon Chief!

Ditto on the wind! They predicted it was going to get to 70 degrees today! Well, no way!!!

More like mid 60's, windy as hell! Like cold out, however the sub is out! Still cold outside!!!!

Hope tomorrow is better!

Cloudy and 52 degrees this morning. Looking at showers this afternoon into tomorrow morning. It's spring.

Can we start a petition to fire Mother Nature????

Today was suppose to be Warm, and Sunny! It did get into the mid 40's but no where nears what it was suppose to be! Then it was windy!!!!!! Needless to say, it wasn't a pleasant day! Oh, by the way, did I mention I was out of the house at 5:30 AM and it was trying to SNOW!!!!

Tonight will be going down to 29 Degrees, with warmer days to follow! I'll believe that when it happens.............

Seashelly, After Sunday it looks as if we may be OK!

If it does not warm up soon, it is tempting to move to GA! lol  I was there BITD, and Stone Mountain was so neat.  Got to see the Braves play, that was a really good time...GA,is a beautiful state!

Can you believe we had sleet today, still have the chilly winds. Going to be down to 30 tonite, I better bring in my hyacinth...so it does not freeze.  I want a warm/dry day so I can plant it.
