Hi Sailspinner!
Well, we are in for another COLD night, like 31 degrees, with tomorrow in the low 40's!
The remainder of the week will be in the 50's, with overnight temps in the mid 30's, with Sporadic rain thru out the week!!!
Shivering in IL - AL
Sunny but cool today here in GA but our lows are about Al's highs so I'm not complaining. Sun helps anything this time of year.
Morning Seashelly,
Yup! It was trying to snow this AM as well. Got down to 27 Degrees last night. It's 44 degrees and sunny. However, we have one more night to get thru till the weather improves..............
Chief,
Same here, 27 degrees at 5 AM. Just don't want to get out of bed and do anything when it's that cold!!!
Cheers! - AL
Had a little bit of snow overnight. Sun is out and the snow has melted,Yay! It is 39 balmy degrees, lol at 11:44 am on Saturday April 20th. I think we will have some warmer weather coming for next week, some high temps into the 50's & 60's!!!!!
Possible record breaking lows tonight. Record low temperature of 22* set way back in 1875! Low for tonight is, 23*
Enjoy your weekend! ~ Michelle
Hi Seashelly,
Well, it's a balmy 37 degrees outside, and the wind is still a gusting..... Burr, it's like the 1st week of December!!!! - LOL
However, tonight and tomorrow night, we expect it to get down to 29 degrees, and 34 degrees for tomorrow night!
Time to split some more firewood for the fireplace, and toss a few on!
Cheers! - AL
Well, it is cold and windy, is around 42. Al, you have me beat with the Wind Gusts...our's is at 42 at 5:15 pm. Where is my Beach Weather at? This is so ridiculous, yesterday was 81 and today low 40's. What's up with that?
Thanks for the music video, Chief
The song makes you feel happy and carefree, helps brighten up the day! I found myself bee-boppin to the beat!
Never heard of snow corn - that must be something especially for you Illinoisians. By the way, your torrential rains migrated south and paid us a visit a bit ago. Some thunder and someone unzipped the clouds to dump rain but it's only 68 so it won't freeze. lol
Nice video & song, Chief.
Thanks Chief! I needed that!
I was outside at 7 AM, and it was SNOWING................ Since then, we've had bouts of what we call corn snow! It's those small round frozen snow balls. Like a small pea! And WIND, with gusts upwards of 50 MPH!
Time for another log on the fire!!
AL
Yikes, Al. Saw in the news this morning thatChicago area is about to float away too. Maybe the sinkholes will drain the surplus rain? Now if only someone could figure out a plug for the sinkholes it could work like a bathtub. lol I guess it really isn't a laughing matter. Hope you and yours are ok.
