Morning Folks.............
Wow! Had some sprinkles overnight, but not enough to even wet the bottom of the rain gauge!
As for the weather, a cold front has just arrived, and it's going to be COLD outside. Need to break out the jackets for the next several days. We might even break an all time record for the lows temps on record!!!

HAVE GOOD NEWS TO SHARE WITH YOU ALL, MY DOG IS DRINKING HER WATER. IT MADE ME SO SO HAPPY! I AM FEELING LESS STRESSED OUT. PHEWWWW!
Chief, glad you did not get clobbered with the hail storm. You got lucky.
For the rest of the week, we are going to be having days in the upper 70's and low 80's. Ideal weather for sure! One day where we will get some rain, and I allready forgot which day it is? LOL!

Morning everyone!
It feels like a Fall morning here, very nice cool breeze and is 65 with clear skies. Happy to have the windows open again. We had great sleeping weather also, Al. This is perfect weather to work out in the garden.
My four legged precious Lily is eating, however I do not think she is drinking enough. She seems pretty lethargic to me. Will just have to monitor her, the vet says her blood work is good and she does not have worms. Her doctor said she is not feeling good, due to stress?? I just hope she starts drinking more, so she does not dehydrated again. At least she is getting some water from her canned food. Thanks Al, for asking how my four little legged dog is doing! Have a good day, everyone.

Oh, Baby, it's Cold Outside!
Temps were in the mid 50's last night. Talk about great sleeping weather!!! Today will be dry again, and in the mid 70's degrees. This is like 10 degrees below normal!
Time to get out in the yard and get some work done!!

We had a brief shower last evening, today is sunny and a little cooler. We're having our usual 80-90 degree heat but not the heat wave most of the country is experiencing. Summer in the mid-south isn't as constant as FL and the breaks help. I've always said if I win the lottery (I'm told I should buy a ticket first) I'll buy a place in IN to spend the summers but you've had it worse up there than we have in GA this year.

Morning Gang!
Well it's a balmy 64 degrees outside, and it's only going to be in the 70's today! Horay!!
Had a nasty storm come rolling out of IA last night. The storm died down around Rockford, and the nasty part of the storm did a left hand turn in Rockford and went north!!
Got a few spirts out of it, but not enough to even measure!!
Seashelly, how is your 4 legged friend doing??

It's still July, Chief. Wait until August before you make predictions (or was that a hope?) like that. Glad your area has cooled down a little.

Just starting to sprinkle. The radar is showing mainly light rain with a some yellow mixed in. Very cloudy and dreary this morning. Humidity is pretty high around 78 % and our temps are in the low 70's.
I am taking my dog into the vet at 10 am. She is not drinking much or eating. I know that is not a good sign, so worried about her.

Looks like rain again this morning but nothing showing on radar. The cloud cover will keep temperatures lower. Humidity is so high I'm not sure it's worth hanging laundry outside to dry today. Guess I'll try the first load of laundry and see how that does. Sheets smell so good when dried on the line.
