Took the day off to work on car related issues....... Not fun, but everything is now happy! Myself included!
Temps were nice and pleasant today! However, it started out cool with a few minor showers! As for the weekend, don't really have a clue as the weather folks haven't had it correct all week!
Hope everyone is enjoying the begining of the back-to-school-days!!

HI SAILSPINNER! NICE THAT YOUR HAVING SUMMER WEATHER! IT HAS BEEN LIKE FALL HERE. NOT LIKING IT BUT WHAT IS ONE TO DO? IT IS IN "MOTHER NATURES HANDS". YOU HAVE SNAKES IN YOUR GARDEN....YIKES! I HOPE YOU DO NOT GET BIT..BE CAREFUL WHEN YOUR OUT WORKING. I AM SCARED TO DEATH OF SNAKES...I DO NOT LIKE THEM. WE HAVE GARDNER SNAKES UP HERE, BUT I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY IN MY YARD, THANK GOD! I HAVE PULLED SOME CHERRY TOMATOES, THE GAREDN SEEMS TO BE DOING BETTER THIS YEAR. I HOPE TO HAVE SOME RED PEPPERS SOON. HAVE A GOOD DAY AND WEEKEND!

Typical summer day here in central GA. Temp is 87, sunny, humidity 90%. Clothes dried fast outside in the sun. The garden is starting to get the straggley August look it gets every year. Makes it easier to spy those ripe tomatoes. Something has made a path through the marigolds and I don't know if it was our dog chasing chamleons ir an armadilo looking for grubs. Either way, I hope it chased the snake out of the garden. TGIF.

Hi ya'all! Happy Friday!
Where on earth is Summer?????
In Ohio it is currently 63 cool degrees and lookin' out my window as type away, I see that is has rained. The sky is brightening up a bit, so hopefully the sun will decide to come out. Have chances of rain early on Saturday morning...than later in the day it will clear up...good thing...because we are going to a festival with our friends.
I hope everyone else is having some nice weather today!!!!!

We have 60% chance of rain today and radar shows the rain less than an hour or so away. Muggy outside but only 77 degrees so not too bad. We need the rain & I hurried to apply some fertilizer to the rose of sharon bushes our son likes so much, hoping the rain comes soon to wash the fertilizer in. Indoor projects planned for today too.
Al, wouldn't you love to have a job so secure you could be wrong as often as weathermen are? Looking out the window may still be (and always has been) the most accurate local weather news. lol

Morning Folks!
Well it's 6 AM and it's raining and foggy outside! The only problem is, the local weather folks didn't say anything about the rain we received yesterday, until it was already raining!
Now today rain chances are only 20%. However, it's been raining overnight, and it's raining as I type away?????
So I will predict, it will be another dreary overcast day with some minor rain showers thrown in for good measure..............
So, hows the weather in your neck of the woods????

Couldn't believe how pleasant it was out this morning. Don't know what the temp was but we opened the house until noon. Now it's high 80s again but humidity is down. Good chance of rain tomorrow so I went to town today. Good for another two weeks now.

It is 68 with bright sunshine and clear blue sky. Beautiful day allready! Going to be 81 today, YAY! The High Pressure is back and going to warm it up in Northwest OH.

Our spot in Central GA stil lis dry, even though there has been rain all around us this past week. Our son, northeast of Atlanta had torrential rain. Temps in high 80s, lows in low 70s, high humidity. Pretty standard summer for us.

Would you believe that this past weekend tied for the coldest weekend since 1909 !! We were 52 degrees overnight! Burr.........
Suppose to get warmer this week, like the 70's.................
Time to get back on task and get caught up on my to-do list!!
