Government could keep the bridge from falling in the drink if they did not spend the maintance monies on their pet projects.
Their great idea was to build a convention center that is rarely used.

But darroll, republicans are in charge both in U.S. congress and in the senate and control most of the state governor's offices and control most of the the 50 state legislatures, could you explain how the liberals are controlling things?
