Back in the hospital again.

I hope you're home and doing well by now. Hang in there, Bubs! <3

I got home, then went back, and am home again. I'm getting a little tired of this!!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Kinda bummed, but not surprised. Had the stent in my ureter checked today, and the dye barely flowed through. So the stent went back in and I have to wait for my urologist to schedule another surgery to clean up the scar tissue that is blocking the ureter where it hooks up to my Florida pouch. (Florida pouch = fake bladder)

Felt fine yesterday, but can't believe how sore I am today!!

Sitting in the hospital waiting room hoping they can figure out where this pain is coming from.

Docs ran some tests but best guess is that kidney was pissed off due to the procedure and probable ureter spasms. Still pretty sore but taking mild pain meds and am a little better today.

Advice for anybody that is thinking about digging up a Robellini palm tree. DON"T DO IT, or be prepared to work your butt off for two days. I bought a new all steel shovel for this job, and the first thing I did was sharpen it till it was knife sharp. That's the only way that I could cut through the roots. I got down almost three feet, and still couldn't pry it out of the ground, so I used a come-a-long to winch it loose. Then I had to build a dirt ramp up one side of the hole to winch it out.

The hole is partially filled in due to torrential rain the night after I got it out of the hole, and the branches are tied up so I could dig around it easier.

I know I said DON"T try this, but if your wife wants a palm next to the pool, what's a guy supposed to do???

PS. I had to cut off approx. 75% of the root ball to get the palm to fit into it's new pot. I also planted some bamboo where the palm was, but it still looks kinda wimpy, so may take a pic when it perks up a bit.

Getting ready to replant some plumeria today, and hopefully some cacti too. I have seven doing well in pots, and think I'll keep one in the pot by the pool But I cant' decide if I should put three in the front yard and three in the back, or keep them all together in one big clump. Hmmmm, decisions, decisions.

Hotter than Hades on my roof. I've been up there watching the roofers replace a small section of flat roof that has been leaking for a couple of years. Surprised the heck outta me when they didn't have to replace any wood!
