whaterya gonna do about it?

Probably nothing. Maybe just use one mower since I don't have anybody to help me anymore.

Another slightly interesting fact. pickleallen and I  both came from the same tiny town in Tennessee. (Cumberland Furnace)

small world.

I haven't met anyone from around here.

Yes and the two of us probably made up at least 5% of the population of the town.

that is tiny.

Cumberland Furnace is was named after an iron works factory with the longest running operation in Tennessee history. 1793 t0 1943. (back in the day, they made cannonballs) After the iron works closed, I think the place went down hill for a while. But sometime in the 90's, there was interest in preserving some of the historical locations. How much? Don't know. I haven't been there since my father's funeral in the late 80's.

Some history for anybody that cares.

I was in Cumberland Furnace on Memorial Day. My parents are buried there.
The town is still very small but it looks better than when I grew up there. The Drouillard House has been restored. It is beautiful and it is hard to believe all the time I was growing up it was abandoned. We played in it for hours especially on rainy days. It was so well built that even after many years of being abandoned it did not leak.
Several old workers cabins have also been restored. Sadly there are no businesses operating there now. When TBub and I were growing up there were three general stores.
I noticed that the old Company Store Building was showing its age.

Lawyers don't like to return phone calls.

sure they do..look under billable hours.

Actually, more like billable minutes, lol.

Rounded up ... rounded off ... whatever.
