I used to like to play Chess but no  one to play cards with anymore . Thanks Karen . I found if I want a good nights sleep that Melatonin really helps me . Two 3mg pills will do it and I wake up refreshed .

When I have to get up for work I use melatonin just in case.  Last night, I was just , as I said, wired.

I read something in a history group once about the two sleep cycles.  It seems that ancient man did that, but I forget the reason why. They got up in the middle of the night, moved around, did their thing--whatever that was, then went back to sleep again.  I think we just need to realize that that's the way we are programmed.

Hell I have to p every 30 mins ....

I used to have those nights when it was hard to shut the brain off. I am so exhausted these days most of the time I can sleep 16 hours of 24 at times...

Since I am fighting to keep my kidney.....I am up at least twice every night. They have me drinking 96 ounces of water a day! What comes in......

I have a tendency to get wired and not sleep but it goes in cycles I used to tell my boss I wanted night pay for all the work I did in my mind while trying to go to sleep. Most of the time I'm a good sleeper but I have my days but luckily I can nap during the afternoon if I've had a bad night.

a good nap is your best friend sometimes ain't it lifey ? i remember when i was a little kid in kindergarten they'd try to get us to nap a bit and i'd fight it all the way .. who wants to do this NOW ?? WHO?? i was so hard to get to go along back then .. now ?? just mention nap and i'm ok .. here looks like a good spot .. of course if you're in the supermarket it might not be the best place tho..
