Have you ever disliked someone because they were luckier than you?  Or, do you have good luck?

Lots of people make their own luck; I applaud them.  Positivity, smiles, kindness, confidence, competence - Pollyanna?  Sure, but you know those people - they make their own luck.

I have seen a person who had the best luck I ever saw. He landed on his feet all the time. He took chances I could not believe and always seemed to do well. He didn't have a clue, but would randomly win stuff and money.

I think you sure can make your own luck as californianow said. The power of suggestion, and expected responses are powerful psychological influences. Pollyanna eh?...lol

The only two "lucky" people I knew were my mom and her sister, my aunt. My mom loved to play the quarter poker machines at the casinos. She got some many royal flushed that I stopped counting. SHe was a sweet little old lady and I think the machines felt sorry for her! My aunt was the same way. She lived in Nebraska and when they would come out to California to visit she would play the lottery. My parents have played it for years and never won more than a hundred bucks. The first time my aunt played  she won $5,400! I'm not superstitious about luck and figure what happens, happens.....knock on wood.

I'm really lucky, and really grateful for everything.

No I am not envyous of people who have good fortune.
