Merry Christmas to you, Frenchy, and everyone in the little group!  We are having a quiet Christmas this year, the first time in over 30 years I will not be cooking for massive numbers of people.  So, I am not nearly as busy as I usually am.

I'll pop in when I need a break in the activity. Making divinity fudge either this afternoon or day after Christmas. We're having the traditional (southern ca) tamales this evening, I don't know if we'll be doing the Ham on Christmas or a later date, when my husbands children and grands come up. They're all doing the surfing thing because the surf is up and the weather is great. They're dividing the time they have here between us and their moms.

Merry Christmas from cold, and soon to be white (again), Chicago, Frenchy and everyone!  I flew up on the 17th to visit family and friends, and I'll fly out tomorrow around noon if the weather permits.  The forecat is calling for 1-3" of snow, but it's supposed to end early in the morning and, hopefully, won't impact my flight out!  It's been nice to see and mvisit all the relatives and friends, but the cold, dark, dreary, damp days are getting to me - I've missed out on all the 80 degree weather in Jax and it will be much colder when I get back, but not nearly as cold as it is here (it was 0 when I got up with a wind chill of -14!)

Merry Christmas, French, and all of my other partners in crime in our little group.  My Holiday is going swimmingly; I'm a "hot commodity" around here....always in demand.  I have been bouncing around from granddaughter to granddaughter....daughter to daughter.  I'm enjoying myself immensely, and am this moment awaiting my daughter to get out of the shower so we can go out to pick up some last-minute grocery items.  Tonight I plan to go to church, and tomorrow we will descend on my great grandkids, as Greeks, bearing gifts.  :-)  Then it's off to Indiana (yes, even in the snow) to spend the rest of the day with my other daughter and her family.  

Warmest wishes to all of you.  May you enjoy the Holiday with lots of love and laughter, and may 2014 be kind to all of you!  Stay warm.....and stay well.

Merry Christmas everyone!  Been a busy day, the tree is up, the gifts are wrapped and my legs are killing me.  But I had a lovely day with my sisters, one brother-in-law and one niece.  And we face-timed or what ever with the other half of my family.  Had a lot of laughs.  Tomorrow we do the unwrapping and we'll video conference with the rest of the kids that are all asunder and yon.  I hope all of my Dramady friends are enjoying their holidays as well.  May Santa bring you all your hearts desire. :)
