to all my friends how many times do you go out and eat junk food,i go out 3 times aweek and eat junk food i know its not good for me i like that kind of food.

I eat much too much junk food I must admit..Mcdonald's not too much. Burger King and Arbys predominately with some Popeyes chicken, Pizza Hut, Dunkin Donuts, and Wendys making the bulk of my nutritional meals. My wife cooks chicken and steak rarely. What should be rarely is too well done for me. The chicken is mostly items my wife buys from QVC or other shopping home network. The Corkys ribs are ok too we get on automatic delivery.  Junk food? Fast food? Convenient Food? Luckily I don't like Taco bell.
