TBD

TBD on Ning

Via internet stream you can listen to a variety of interesting music.

Google WQNA to find the stream. The show is called Fear and Loathing in Springfield and it airs 6 - 9PM CST on Sunday evenings.

It may uplift the downtrodden and down trod the uplifted. Some may faint, others may experience moments of rage and in some cases hilarity.

Looks like it's YouTube for me. I'm sure I can compete against motocross wrecks and rap videos.

Without a doubt!

And not in a good way.

I've been following your travails with Ustream, Snagg. This kind of bait and switch seems to be more and more common business practice. That, and ye olde here today, gone tomorrow.

Wish I had some bright idea about where you could go with confidence.

In lieu of that, here's something that may make you chuckle, no matter how many times you've heard it in the past. Or vomit, which at this point might be just as good.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mk4woNRD7NQ

This little gem made me think that next year, perhaps, you could solicit your listeners around Halloween to send in their ideas for the worst holiday songs ever. Equal opportunity mockery, of course. You could compile a program of them.

That's if you're ready to pack it all in...Or be stoned.

And not in a good way.

Geez--the above comment was in response to TeeBub's wiener remark a page ago. Don't want to appear even weirder than I am...

Too late for that Sweetheart.

Who, ME??

Not bad, not bad at all. This goes on next week's playlist, fer shure.

Anybody here know how to download and burn an audio copy of this ? I tried to play something off YouTube last week, and the damn commercials and ads wouldn't allow themselves to be shut off, forcing me to abort the entire song. There are a few other things on YT that I'd like to be able to play, but YT is clearly also as unreliable as Ustream, just in a different way. I've never bothered to learn how to download music, as I'm A) one of those guys who supports the kind of artists who usually really NEED the money that would come with buying their music, instead of just ripping it off the web, and B) I hate the crappy sound of MP3's.

I say "next week's playlist", because I won't be doing a show tonight - I gots the damn flu. Just typing this felt like pushing a Buick out of a snowdrift. I'm gonna go back to bed. Good Day to you all.

Hope you feel better Snagg.

PS. Sorry, I don't download tunes either, so I'm no help there.

Here's another one for next year's "Most Offensive Holiday Songs Ever" playlist, Snagg.

I used to have a version of RealOne Player Downloader that allowed you to download videos and then convert them to several types of audio files, not just mp3. Unfortunately, YouTube has done something to thwart that capability.

I haven't found a way around that yet.

I hope you're de-flued now and ready to celebrate.

After all, someday you'll be...

Snagg, you might want to try 4shared.com.
