Go outside and take a walk and stay away from sugar. The oxygen replenishes your cells, the light, even if it's cloudy, revives your soul, and the no sugar will insure that your blood sugar isn't making you sleepy. These things have worked for me. Or take a nap during lunch. That also helps.
Thanks problem with that is it is raining. I never do sugar because you are so right. It will knock me out!!
Turn on some music something lively. Bounce around to it.
Just go to bathroom sit down on commode , lean against the wall , works for me ...
