STATUS UPDATE
So here we are looking around, taking a peek... hanging out.
On some thread a bit ago, some one said how annoying the FB was with all the trivial updating goings on.
Personally, I don't think my daily updating is all that interesting but some times I really feel the need to share. My kitties don't give a whit and the bird...well, he lives in his own world. His updates would mostly involve "lived another day"..."got some of that shredded stuff again (cheese)" etc.
Mostly, I have you fine folks to droll on about my meager existence and occasional moments of wonderful.
So, here you go...Keep it brief...mundane with a bit of intrigue.

What am I doing you ask? Just hanging at the beach for a couple of days before we get on the road to go see my mom and sister. With a side trip to see my good friend DD!!!

Made better time than I thought I would. Made it to Corning NY this afternoon and met up with my dear friend DD for a couple of hours. Will be meeting again tomorrow when Larry and Carol roll on about 12:OO. Gotta get back on the road tomorrow afternoon so I can get to see my mom, sister, and friends in OH.

If Corning didn't I sure did!
Wanted to meet up with Larry and carol again last night, but Dee's dentist beat her up pretty bad so we had to pass. :-(

Left Corning the other night and was headed to OH. Had the cruise control set at 82/83 in a 65 mph zone. Not a car in sight except this minivan parked off the side of the road. Looked like some one was broke down to me. Glanced over just as I passed and realized it was a NY State trooper. Went to turn off the cruise, missed it and ended up blasting the horn as I passed him.

I was going to skip decorating the house for Halloween this year because Dee was supposed to work. She just found out she has the night off and I gotta get my butt in gear and start decorating!!!
