He's the boss.  We really talk about a lot of things here, as we should because we are adults, that perhaps other people would not feel so free to share, so for those people, we have to have some sensitivity, I guess.  I'd like to say to them "Oh, grow up!"  But everybody is different.

Funny.  On the new Robin Williams sitcom, Williams used the word "bastards" and I thought it was odd that that would be allowed on regular TV in prime time.

We are guests on a site that have rules of engagement as many types of speech have rules.
Unfortunately we often have different taste levels when it come to describing others behavior.
In the public arena we aren't allowed to say anything we want without repercussion..the flip side of free speech..

She threw out a group about one or two days after landing here when eons shut down that I belonged to, we ended up on Google + Communities. 

If this group goes away, please let me know on FB (Sandra Hall) if you get together somewhere else. Unless I'm voted off the island or something.

I wasn't aware those words were considered "foul language".  Technically, they are legitimate words that are found in Webster's Dictionary......one meaning "female dog".....the other, "a fatherless child".  If we were a group of dog kennel owners.....we'd all be using the one word all the time.  This is reminiscent of the way I couldn't write Dick van Dyke on the old TBD site; it would constantly bleep out the word Dyke.  I wonder if poor Dick knows his name isn't allowed to be written on the net. 

My momma and daddy didn't raise a woman who cusses like a sailor.  I don't use filthy or vulgar language.....in person, or on the computer. I realize it's a relative thing.....but I still am uncomfortable about it.

ehh, yeah i do use some street language from time to time wayne but unlike you i don't put it in the title of the post .. its like you're beggin for some kinda confrontation because you put eddie dingo between a rock and a hard place .. if you're shoutin stuff out in the titles of the post that everyone on this site can read , and some people here don't think like us and are offended , then he has to say somethin .. some people here don't really care what we do as long as we don't make them read it too .. some people are just lookin for us to do somethin , anything , so they can complain because .. well because thats how they are .. personally i enjoy some of your posts wayne .. but sometimes its like you're a truck goin downhill with no brakes .. you've never really offended me because where i come from well , you'd have to do a lot more than what you do to offend me .. but thats probably not so for everybody else .. i'm no genius but even i don't  talk like a street thug around a bunch of little old ladies at church .. so for the sake of the group wayne before you hit that add a discussion button bite your finger for a second first and think about it ok ?? think is this gonna be read by everyone on this site even if they're not a member of this group ?? and might they be offended by the way i worded it ?? if so try to reword it so they won't .. we're guests here .. it don't mean we have to check our personalities at the door , but lets not stick our fingers in everybody elses eye either .. ok ..

I didn't specify to you either the words or the post that I received the complaint about.  While I do not wish those words to be used in this forum, they were not the ones my attention was called to.

 

This site discourages offensive language.  If you respect the other members, you will keep it clean.  If you do not respect the other members, then Google plus is a more appropriate place for you.
