Blackberries!!!

I discovered I'm blackberry-rich when my husband mowed the pasture this year. I've collected 3 gallons and have about 10 gallons more to still ripen.

The question is, what else can I do with them besides blackberry jam and blackberry cobbler? These are the recipes I've found so far, but I want more!
