STATUS UPDATE
So here we are looking around, taking a peek... hanging out.
On some thread a bit ago, some one said how annoying the FB was with all the trivial updating goings on.
Personally, I don't think my daily updating is all that interesting but some times I really feel the need to share. My kitties don't give a whit and the bird...well, he lives in his own world. His updates would mostly involve "lived another day"..."got some of that shredded stuff again (cheese)" etc.
Mostly, I have you fine folks to droll on about my meager existence and occasional moments of wonderful.
So, here you go...Keep it brief...mundane with a bit of intrigue.

She looks like she could use a little Jenny Craig in her life. Awesome! Have you named her yet? How about Matilda?
We have a chipmunk who likes to chew on my stuff in the garden so I don't know how sustainable that is. One of my watermelon seedlings is down. Housemate thinks Alvin is a cutie and doesn't eat much but what if the chipmunk decides to have a huge family? NOT GOOD> Other than that I'm making crazy quilt Christmas stockings and have to get back to work on them. My goal is to make ten of them before the season starts.

Status: ITCHY!!!!!!! Ended up walking through a fire ant nest yesterday. The last time this happened, I didn't go to the DR., and it took 6 months for my feet to totally recover. Went to the Dr within about an hour yesterday, and got a couple of shots and a couple of prescriptions. Feet aren't all swollen like last time, but they are very itchy!

Spent the weekend with Cowboy doing putzy stuff around the house. Sure was nice. :-)
I love Michigan summers. Feel for the folks out west under the heat dome...:-(
