Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I used tapioca so I should have made a double crust recipe to seal the pie. There's always next time right? But there she is and we gave away about a fourth of it to the skinniest neighbor that we have. One slice for him and one for his wife but I don't think the pie even made it to the front door after we gave it to him. He ate an eighth of the pie in one bite.
