I am getting to cook for my son a bit while his wife is gone.....so last night I grilled big fat pork chops out on our grill.....seasoned with a little Caribbean jerk seasoning. He raved about it! It made me feel really good. He's a bituva critic about food, so if he said it was great....I feel good.
Tim.....did you consider investing in a kettle?

i wouldn't know what to do with it.i can burn hot dogs and burgers on the bbq grill,so i got that going for me.but then,there was the time the bbq grill blew up,and when the grill landed back on earth,the burgers were stuck to the inside of the lid.i really gotta finda woman who can cook.

.i have a few of those Cutco knives and i think they would slide through everything WAY too easily...i keep a stockpile of bandaids and SOMEDAY i plan go write a letter. Leaving it in a. Safe. Place that says, To My Dear Family and friends, , II did not commit suicide and i wasnt murdered...i was making Stirfry. Knife slipped and i couldnt stop the bleeding." LOL

I'm having fun feeding my son.  He appreciates it, and I have someone to cook for.  Works for both of us.
