Shopping on the Internet and Weekend Projects

I do a bit of shopping on the Internet and I have discovered it can really be a time saver as opposed to shopping around stores for just the right thing. One thing is I like to shop for furniture.. am always looking for something special and kind of unique. I found this table and although I love the look, it has to be put together which can sometime be an issue for me...having only two hands and having issues visualizing how stuff fits together at times......eeeeeeeee

Anyway this is my Weekend project this week...putting the legs on this table...should be interesting. I got it out of the box and got all the parts and screws and stuff....but no directions on which thing goes first, second, third etc. I have a handyman who does some stuff when I don't know what I'm doing...I'm hoping I can do this myself. Wish me luck....

for future reference, if you're going to be doing a lot of that screwing, you might wanna pick up a set of lewinski brand kneepads....saves those funny looks at the office monday....

I suppose I could say I fell roller skating...or better yet I fell off of my bike...hell I fall alot...so no biggie...I have some awesome looking scars...LOL!

Some do claim that shopping is a substitute for sex but the same has been said for eating, smoking, drinking, working, etc.

Thanks for vote of confidence.. am loving the table...I have things stacked all over it already. This table replaced one that was beside my recliner in the living room...room for my laptop, something to drink, paperclips, stapler, sticky notes, couple of different pens, my cell, couple of books related to school...the perfect size for I wanted and it's cute and kinda unique...my taste is kind of eclectic.

I was looking at the Wayfair site Lifesighs...nice stuff...I've been shopping for a new desk but I don't want a standard computer desk. I got this table on Overstocks...I really like Decorator Collection too. I don't like matchy matchy stuff...LOL!

And not to belabor a point.. but rug burns can sometime be a byproduct of trying to move things and hold things with ones feet or legs when you don't have the upper body strength to lift or push things together.

 Substitute something for sex?....not in this lifetime........eeeeeeeee!!!!!!
