There are pro's and con's . I have tried it and for me i didn't care for it . At age 62 , if i had a bag i sure would indulge . Better High than drinking wine , beer or moonshine . I have had many friends over the year that messed with , it seemed to be messed up . Slow speech was main difference . I have to say it is time it be legalized . God put it here on Earth so why not use it . I wonder if it was legalized if the many people in prison's maybe should be set free ? Sorry about the God part .....

It is legal here. BUT if you have to take a drug test at or for work you are in trouble...

yeah i think they should .. and all the laws that pertain to alcohol should apply .. it would serve two purposes .. it would take the pot out of a hard drug atmosphere which is where a lot of kids get the harder drugs from .. and it would add money to the state and federal coffers instead of bein a drain and waste of time for the dea .. let them go after the harder stuff and leave the weed alone .. they could regulate the strength so you'd know ahead of time what you were gettin .. 6% thc content,,  10% thc content and so forth.. i'm not sayin it would eliminate the national debt but anything that adds money instead of drains money at this point i'm for .. would some people abuse it ?? probably . and they're the same people who are probably abusin it now anyway .. last i read it takes like 65 grand a year to house a criminal .. how about if we set all the criminals free and said hey we're gonna give you 35 grand a year to live on if you don't fuck up ?/ yeah i know .. sounds too goofy don't it ?? 30 grand a year multiplied by about 2 million prisoners ?? not to mention the guards we wouldn't need to employ to watch em all .. nahh .. thats too easy ..

Maybe if legal the kids might not think it's fun if they can't slip around to get it . I should have been a Criminal . They live better than me . Most i ever made in one year was 25000 dollars . Now maybe 16000 on disability ... something ain't right ....

Hey, I dont see a good reason why NOT. I have TRIED it several times in my life and have  been able to "GET HIGH" only one time a few years ago. (i wasnt all that impressed either....lol)  I guess I just dont have the addiction gene? Who KNOWS?! I cant see how it could be worse than alcohol. If it takes aways pain and helps people focus, seems to me, it could benefit some. (alcohol doesnt do THAT!) Not to mention that there may be less crime surrounding  it?

Make it legal and bring back hemp as a product. Same rules as for alcohol, no smoking and driving etc. It is so common and crazy not to make it legal.

My daughter used to buy Hemp seeds freely at Bird shows as a teenager. Its used for nutrition in breeding birds. Neither of us  had any idea it was something sort of "illegal" until there was SOMETHING in the news about it. We kinda just laughed about it.

It looks like Marijuana (not Industrial Hemp) is already the biggest cash crop in the U.S. and many states. I am with the Libertarians on this one. Maybe use one state as an experiment and go from there.

Maybe someday it will be socially and legally acceptable to give it to others on Christmas (or the Winter Solstice in my case).

My friend was in Holland and said he was having a beer and a joint. They have cafes where you just get what you want. Marijuana and a muffin....no problem....
