if it is from youtube or similar...with your cursor on the video, right click the mouse to get the menu options....left click on 'copy embed html'...then come back to this page...up above the reply space there are little icons....to embed a video, left click on the little icon that looks like a filmstrip. there will be a popup box that opens....paste the embed code in that popup by left clicking your mouse and selecting paste.....right click on ok...then right click on add reply...

My Mom loved to dance and still does...she taught me from an early age. I was thinking about Bill Haley and his Comets...one of the first rock and roll songs we danced to...age really is just a number...
