TBD on Ning

At one time, I thought this was accidental, but my dog has now been doing this for a couple of years.  She plays with two balls, puts one in her mouth, I throw the other one. She goes after it, then dribbles it back to me ( not sure if that's the word used in soccer) with her paws like Beckham on the soccer field.  Sometimes she takes a very circuitous route and it takes a minute and it is so funny to watch her lack of small motor skills, but she persists until she gets it to me so that I can throw it again. Nobody taught her this.

Am I wrong for thinking this is amazing?  I need to take a video of this and post it.  The best part is that is all looks so accidental, but it's not!

Do your pets do anything amazing?

i had a siberian husky that i'd take to my store sometimes not so much for protection cause he wasn't all that protective .. maybe if another dog tried to attack me he might habe gotten his back up but for people ?? i'd be so outta luck .. sometimes he was so friendly i'd have to put him in the back with the photo machines .. and sometimes he was fine about it and other times he wanted to be upfront so bad hed actually get down on his stomach and crawl up a little at a time .. i used to call it his commando move .. oh shit he's goin commando again .. you'd look and he was right at the door just lookin and then you'd look again and he was halfway to the counter .. kinda funny to watch .. and i never taught him that .. he was too cool for school that dog was ..

Great stories, I love dogs and cats they do the funniest things. When we came back to CA looking for a house to buy the first year we rented an upstairs Apt. Tule got to play with the dogs downstairs, the owners told me one day that Tule who was about 90 lbs. then was twisting herself sideways to push her way into the small dog door of their house because her friend Charlie wasn't outside. I was so embarrassed but they were laughing and didn't mind at all. By the time we moved they wanted to keep her. The dog door she was using was not much bigger than a cat door.

I think I got the video thing right.  Waaaaaah.  It's not working.  Why?  I uploaded it to facebook, and now I can't do anything with it.

looks like a pointer....you're learning....

Yipee!  It only took me most of the night, lol, and lots of web surfing! Thanks, Probs.

And YES I have folding chairs on my sofas so she doesn't sleep on them.  Her short hairs are like tiny needles that are hard to vacuum out.

she's a cutie..my grandmother used to put a chair on her couch to keep one dog from getting up there in the night....

these are the bedwarmers...
