well if you watched the nfc and afc championship games over the weekend there were some surprises .. my first surprise was that atlanta played a lot better than i thought they would .. and the 49ers didn't let that kapernack guy rush at all and they still won .. it was a good game .. much closer than i thought it would be and thats what you want to see ain't it ?? a good close game .. and we got it ..

next was the pats and the ravens .. and while the ravens did rattle brady a little bit it really wasn't enough to make them lose the game .. the ravens actually beat them with their offence too .. flaco played a good game .. the guy has a good arm and when they talk about the best quarterbacks in the league often times he's not even mentioned .. i think thats gonna change now .. 

so how do you think it will effect the big game knowin its two brothers not much more than a year apart that were raised by a dad who was a football coach and are pretty much both good coaches because of it .. i mean how much do you think one bro is gonna be able to fool the other?? both teams have good defences and their offences ain't too shaby either .. i think that kapernack guy from san fran will be the decidin factor .. if he can run just enough to open their passin game it gives the edge to san fran . but then if flacco can get a few of them long passes down the field for a couple of easy strikes ?? this is gonna be a hard one to call .. but i think it will be a good one . whoever wins .. and thats what you want .. a good game .. so anybody got their pick yet ?? and why ??

Well, since none of the teams in any of the States I've ever lived in made it to the playoffs (IL, WI, GA, FL; Iowa doesn't HAVE a team, lol!) I don't have a dog in this fight at all.  I guess I'll go with the Patriots based on E. Coast v. W. Coast.  As you said, it should be a good close game, anyway!
