Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I had a taco salad. No cowboys were harmed in the making of the salad.

The best way to have a quiche for dinner is to make it up and put it in the oven to bake at 325 degrees. Meanwhile, get out a large T-bone, grill it, and when it's done, eat it. As for the quiche, continue to let it bake, but otherwise ignore it.

I baked tuna casserole for tonight.  There won't be any cowboys.  It's been my experience that cowboys are not crazy about tuna casserole.

AfromB would have boiled the tuna casserole. Not sure if that would have attracted cowboys are not. Probably not, even with salsa.

I would never make tuna casserole with salsa...yeck!!

I would put salsa on my scrambled eggs.
