TBD

TBD on Ning

So here we are looking around, taking a peek... hanging out.

On some thread a bit ago, some one said how annoying the FB was with all the trivial updating goings on.

Personally, I don't think my daily updating is all that interesting but some times I really feel the need to share.  My kitties don't give a whit and the bird...well, he lives in his own world.  His updates would mostly involve "lived another day"..."got some of that shredded stuff again (cheese)"  etc.

Mostly, I have you fine folks to droll on about my meager existence and occasional moments of wonderful.

So, here you go...Keep it brief...mundane with a bit of intrigue.

I think a very popular Eon who is also on here started inviting some to Think.BE.Do and it snow balled thru fb.  Unlike TBD1 the Eons where given no warning and are all out there trying to find each other.  139 Eons have already joined one group on Think.Be.Do and two different over 300 member groups on fb.  Many Eons have been here for years.

Well, I like here just fine. I'm stayin'.

Interesting numbers there Aggie.   Makes me wonder if there's a case of cooties going down.

Eons is a place I always wanted to get more involved with, but never did due to time restraints, I guess.  I've been a member for several years, but haven't visited the site in at least a year.  I'm sorry to see them go, if they are indeed gone.

I hope the Eoners can find a place to call home again.....here, there, or anywhere.  Perhaps their site will reopen.  I know they have some very loyal members.

I recall a couple of prior migrations.....one was when a bunch of Answerologists came to TBD1, and the other was when a bunch of MAers came back to TBDII.  In neither case did most of the folks stick around very long.

The one big constant nowadays seems to be FB.  Because of the far reaching effects of FB, its easy to connect on-line with most of the people we have hung with in the past.  There's a few who don't or won't use FB, but not too darn many.

Some of us have only so much time to spend on-line, so we prioritize.

Jo it doesnt have to be one site or anuogther. We are not children. jeeez. Yuo are a lovley person enjoy yuorself whereever yuo want Sug.

If Quinn hadnt had the motivatoin to put that little bac up island in place for US, if TBD had crashed 5 months ago and Eddie hadnt ben given the keys here and paid the bucks- we wuold have ben screwed.

...hum just like the eons folks fuond themselves.

..rant over

onward to the Happpy Danceing!

Im prety ok these days ch-ch-ch-changes. I love TBD and , I care abuot yuo guys.

Eons was my first social site and later followed Gatorgal over to TDB. The Eons like having Skits, next big one in Texas will be on the Riverwalk in San Antonio first weekend in December.

Early on, I joined Eons, along with every other socializing network site I could find, because I was searching for people I had worked with in Yellowstone National Park in 1969.  I actually did find one guy, who was quite secretive (he had worked in the head office as an accountant), and I also found a girl who worked in the same locale as I, but for a rival company.  I never found anybody using MySpace, TBD, or AARP.org, and only recently found anyone by using FB.

I was an Eons friend of Aggie(no K), and a handful of other TBDers.

I was also in a group that appreciated Reggae Music, on Eons, at one time.

It's somebody's B-day!!!

Happy day to you dearest DD  ♥♥♥♥♥

...Thank Yuo Jaylee

( I dont no how to make litle haerts so- haerthaerthaerthaerthaert)

Here you go, DD:          ♥♥♥♥♥
