Suggestions anyone?
Right now take-out Chinese sounds good. Except my favorite place doesn't deliver and I don't want to go out. In the heat. And the rain. And the Tornado warning.

I just added black pepper, shredded cheese, a few oyster crackers, and called it good.

Some homemade pinto bean/pork steak soup...it should be pretty good without any enhancement.

I had a late lunch of really nice leftovers - pork loin & mac & cheese.

made tomato basil soup for lunch, came out really good! Had to take my lactase pill cuz the recipe called for heavy cream. Saved some for dinner, but also made Fiesta Lime Chicken and rice too. Still full!!
